Taehyung's sitting on a stone warmed by the sun near the waterfall. The sun's rays gradually make any drops of water on his bare skin disappear. His hair dries as well, only much more slowly. His eyes watch the waterhole Jungkook was standing under just a few minutes ago. He misses him already; his voice, his laugh, his smell. Finally, he can picture his height. Even a slight shape of Jungkook's head could be guessed by the ricocheting water jets.

Taehyung wonders why he never asked Jungkook about his appearance before. Might he even look like him? He resolves to ask the next time they meet. Until then, Jungkook - even without an appearance - has a permanent place in his heart. After a while, Taehyung gets up to put on his clothes, which by now have stored the sun's warmth.

All the way to the warrior district, it's as the wind's whispering Jungkooks name. He's always on his mind. Although he's no longer with him, Taehyung hears his beautiful voice so clearly that it almost hurts. How can he be so attracted to someone with no shape? His feelings scare him, and at the same time, they make him happy. Yes, Jungkook makes him happy.

Arriving at his house, he opens the squeaky door and is startled when something crackles under his feet. Confused, he looks down at the floor, discovering a white piece of paper with a note addressed to him. Someone must have lipped it under his door. Nervously, he picks it up. His hands tremble as he reads the black writing:

"The king awaits you."

With a racing heart that almost induces nausea, he frantically searches for his blue warrior robe with purple and white accents. After all, he wants to face the king in proper, clean clothes. He turns his hair into a pinned-up braid. The purple headband completes the outfit. Unaware of what the king will tell him, he makes his way straight to the royal palace.

"I've been expecting you."

Agust D's deep voice quivers in Taehyung's body, causing his muscles to twitch. The king's fearsome gaze could effortlessly freeze fire into ice. Could it be that the king has found out about him and Jungkook? Will he pronounce his death sentence today? Is this the beginning of the end?

"I apologize for keeping the king waiting."

"Where have you been for so long?"

The mischievous grin on Agust D's face only worries Taehyung more. Does he want to hear a confession? Should he risk lying, breaking another rule? There are only a few seconds left to make a decision. But he quickly realizes that he can't confess it to the king. Even if they killed Taehyung, it wouldn't be enough. They would also hunt Jungkook until they catch him...and destroy him. He wants to protect him - come what may.

"I was training in the third outer ring, my king."

"And... what did the training look like?"

Damn. Does he really know something? The creepy smile on his face makes Taehyung terribly nervous. He has to be careful not to falter.
