Chapter 23

I wake up tangled in white sheets, with my hair wrapped around my head. I puff my hair out face and turn over to see Joe asleep on his back, his lips slightly pouted as he dreams.

I lean over and give him a peck on his lips before getting up, jumping in the shower quickly & jumping into a pair of underwear and one of Joe's shirts that shits just at the tops of my thighs but it's long enough to conceal things.

I take myself downstairs and start making myself breakfast while humming away. I turn to see Zoe coming through the doorway so I smile brightly to her.

"Breakfast?" I ask lifting the box of weetabix.

She nods containing a smile. "You seem different, almost...happier".

My mind flicks to mine and Joe's night and it makes me smile, but I hide it with a shrug. "Oh you know, good nights sleep".

"Aaah" she nods as I start to take a drink of water. "From what I heard there wasn't much sleeping".

I splutter out my drink, making my cough and choke on my own breath. She breaks out into a full on belly laugh and helps pat my back.

"Don't worry I only got up to go toilet, I'm not bothered I know my brothers not a virgin" she rolls her eyes.

Great. Just great. I roll my eyes and turn to hide my now flaming red cheeks from her. How am I going to walk around seeming normal knowing that she's heard about mine and Joe's 'extra activities'?

I hear him before I see him.

"Morning sis" he says in a husky voice. My body turns alert but I don't turn around.

"Morning beautiful" he whispers in my ear, his voice raspy and all deep. He kisses my cheek gently as he wraps his arms around my waist.

I carry on making breakfast, adding another bowl for Joe too. I hand Zoe hers and me and Joe start to chomp on mine. The Suggs look extremely relaxed, but since Zoe told me about what she heard I just feel awkward.

She looks up at me and smirks, making me flush red as I finish off my cereal.

"Hey guys" Jim says as he comes into the room holding Tanya's hand. We all nod our hellos.

"Me and Tan are going to the pier today, do you guys fancy coming?" He asks us as he gazes round at us individually. We all nod.

After finishing my breakfast and getting ready, Joe and Zoe help me edit my first ever video. Yes, the took the mock out of my awkward moments where I'd mix up my words or pause for about 10 seconds because my mind would go blank, but I didn't mind. I press upload.

Because I was too busy focusing on other things as I refresh my page to check on if my video was uploaded I notice my subscriber count and my jaw almost hits the keyboard.

57,457 thousand?!

Oh my Jesus Christ it's been less than a week and I've only just uploaded my first video, which is gaining views already!

Sure is anticipated some subscribers due to Joe's advertisement but not a crowd of this many. My hands clasp my mouth as I try and come up with a sentence, but I truly can't find the words.

"Hey guys you coming? We're leaving soon" Jim says rounding the corner.

"Yeah sure, I've just gotta go and get my vlogging camera" Joe says as he hurries upstairs.

Me and Zoe go and join the rest of the gang who have said they're coming along too. I play with my floral skirt and scuff my brown Chelsea boots against the floor as we wait for Joe, but he arrive a minute later. We all head out and decide it'll be nicer if we all take a stroll to the pier.
