Violetta Potter is in the past?

Chapter 7

I decide to think about it tomorrow and I just went to bed, falling to sleep pretty Instantly, those tests were quite magically draining after all.  I awoke early the next morning, the whole thing made my rest uneasy but that gave me time to pack at least. I packed most of my thing except the essentials before heading down to breakfast. 

It was still early but their wasn't many people awake but that was alright as I didn't really wish to speak to anyone just yet. After eating breakfast I grabbed my extendable bag and headed up to headmaster Dumbledore's office. He let me up and I saw that Professor Flitwick was the one going with me today which makes sense as he is my head of house. 

"First stop will be to get some money from Gringotts and then you will need to get a better bag prepared and some new cloths appropriate for different times. Those need to be done first as they will take the longest and then you may do some other shopping for supplies." Professor Dumbledore says before showing us off. We exited though the fireplace in Diagonal alley. 

"Are you ok Violetta?" Flitwick asks me as we start walking towards Gringotts. "Well not really, I'm scared about this whole going into the past thing and last night my brother was telling me to get checked at Gringotts and I don't even know what he meant by that so I'm slightly more concerned." I tell him honestly, knowing I can trust him. 

Professor Flitwick stops us for a second when we were right at the bottom of the steps about to enter Gringotts. "Well he probably meant either an inheritance check or a medical scan but we can do both if you like? It may help you when your in the past anyway." He tells me, giving me a kind smile. "Yeah I'd like that it will help me calm down a little." I say thankfully as he leads me inside. 

He immediately leads us straight into a back room where several goblins were chatting. They were stunned to silence as we entered. I stood silently as Professor Flitwick chatted with them like old friends. "Oh hey this is my charge and student Violetta, We are just here to get some money from her vaults. We are gonna need rather a lot as well as a credit card and to do a medical scan and inheritance check. Do you happen to know where the vault manager for the Potter clan is?" He asks. 

One of them nods and leads us to a door down the winding halls. On the door was the name Snaglok. He knocked and a distant 'Come in!' was heard as we enter inside to see a rather slender looking Goblin. He looks up at us snottily before giving a small almost unnoticeable crocked smile to Flitwick. 

"So what can I do for you two today?" He asks as the door shuts behind us and we sit in front of his desk. "Well miss Potter here would like a inheritance test done and a medical scan before we head down to her vault. " Professor Flitwick says. Snaglok turns to look at me giving me a once over before nodding slightly. "Ah much like your brother then, I'll get the stuff now." He says before wondering off. 

I look at Professor Flitwick in surprise. 'When did my brother get these scan things done?' I think to myself confused but Flitwick keeps his posture just giving me a reassuring smile, confusing me. I don't have time to think too much into it though as Snaglok returns carrying several items that he lays across his desk. 

I watch him getting out a bowl, knife, a potion and some parchment. I look slightly at him unsure as he nods at me as if to go ahead. "What exactly am I supposed to do?" I asks in confusion as the two of them look shocked. 'Even muggleborns her age should know this.' Professor Flitwick thinks concerned. 

"Ok first you pour the potion into the bowl, then you cut your hand and allow seven drops of blood to flow into the bowl then you pour it on the parchment and wait." He says to me, He then  watches me closely as I follow his instructions.

I pour the potion into the bowl before cutting my hand, not even wincing as I allow the seven drops to fall into the bowl and then pulling my hand back. Professor Flitwick heals it for me, leaving me surprised. I pour the potion onto the parchment, watching interested. Words start appearing across the parchment.

Their was nothing too surprising yet. I looked over at Professor Flitwick and while he looked slightly curious he didn't say anything. Obviously waiting till after the medical scan. I watched Snaglok preparing the stuff as I read over the page a few more times. "Why has Harry got the other Lordships but Ravenclaw?" I asked curiously. "Well that is quite simple, your mother left it for you specifically." Snaglok replied leaving me confused on why.
