Previously: Deku grabbed his shirt and threw up into the air. His entire front and back of his right side was covered in deep scars and third degree burns. The criminal set on fire as his eyes widened in shock. "I want tattoos to cover up my burns but since I'm only 15..." He clenched his fists. "I want threatening looking ink, I'm done feeling like a victim to my past. When people see my back and chest. I want them to fear me and not feel bad for me." The criminal walked towards the kid and rested his left hand on his right shoulder. "I'll take you to a underground tattoo artist. On the way there you can tell me about yourself. Oh right, you can call me Dabi." He walked past Deku and went down the tunnel, still partially on fire. Izuku grabbed his shirt and jacket and put them on as he ran after his new criminal acquaintance.
Deku walked next to the stranger with such warmness in his eyes. He was so innocent compared to the man covered in purple skin. But Dabi could tell that there was something off about this kid. He was hiding his real intelligence and personality from sight. He needed to test him. "So what do I call you?" Deku stayed silent for a few seconds. "His thoughts are filled with so much doubt. I need to prove to him that I'm cool." He went to say something but then heard. "Stop right there!" Before Deku could react Dabi grabbed him and was holding his pretty blue flames next to his face. Izuku went along and said all freaked out,"Please help me! Pro hero sir!" But whispered softly,"I'll prove to you. I'm cool enough to hang out with you." Dabi eyes widened slightly at the kid's strange words. Izuku stomped on his foot and leaped towards the Heroes arms. He made eye contact with the hero just before he was caught gently. "My memories of my past life are really blurry. When I stare death in the face, I feel nothing but a fragment of my once human emotions. This new body is effecting my normal way of thinking. It's as if a part of his old soul is still attached to his body. Phantom feelings and memories of his life is making me forget my old life as Ava. Having a female soul in a male body feels pretty strange. I remember a little bit about this world but from what I've witnessed so far. Nothing has been fully the same, but even if this world is upside down. I'm determined to live a life I didn't get to have. A boring desk job stuck working under a bunch of egotistical assholes. Just because of certain circumstances that they think they are above all of us. The ones who are considered weaker and poorer. We are all human beings with hearts and souls. I was murdered by lunatic with a weird addiction to burning things. How ironic, I'm trying to befriended the flame villain with violence. Am I really going to kill a human being with these innocent hands? I've ran out of time. It's do or die time." Izuku absorbed all their rage at Dabi trying kidnap Deku, a pathetic innocent kid. There thoughts and feelings enraged Deku beyond logic. He grabbed the heroes baggy bodysuit. "I'm so happy you saved me. Heh, not really." The hero and Dabi's eyes widened as Deku threw the grown man over his shoulder as he spun around quickly. The man coughed out blood upon impact. "I hate being looked down as weak and pathetic! How dare you think just because I'm in trouble that I need your damned assistance! Huh!?" He stomped on the injured and physically weak man's stomach. "Your eyes are disgusting! Stop looking at me like that, no one's going to save you. Go ahead and cry and beg. As if..." He regained his composure and took his foot off of him. "Sorry about that Dabi, my quirk is a bit too much for me to control at times." He laughed nervously. Dabi smirked devilishly saying,"No worries. I can't control my quirk either. Just watch, I'm going to "lose control" of it right now." The heroes body was lit up with a beautiful blue. The smell of burning flesh reached Deku's nose. He covered up his mouth but not for the reason Dabi thought. "What's wrong, have you not seen someone die?" Deku ran over and grabbed Dabi's free hand. "It's just so pretty. I can't handle it!" "Wait what?" "Your flames are so soothing to look at as they burned his body to ash." Dabi's eyes glowed brightly with intrigue. "No one has ever said those words to my face before." Deku smiled just as brightly as the sun. "My name is Midoriya Izuku. But you can just call me Rebel." His eyes widened at his name. "No way, your the kid Ground Zero can't shut up about?" Deku was taken back by this information. "Don't tell me that you know, Kacchan?" They both just looked at each other lost for words. Dabi put the pieces together. "He was the one who gave your all those scars? He looked down on you and now you hate being seen as weak?" Deku didn't say anything but his reaction was all Dabi needed. "I see. Well good thing I don't like the guy. I have no reason to kill you. Plus you seem pretty cool. Even though we are technically enemies. With you being a hero course student and all that." Deku looked down at his uniform. And sighed heavily. "I forgot that this uniform is unique to my school. Kacchan, no. Bakugo is dick. I'm done feeling scared of that punk ass. If we are still on the topic of what he has done to me. He made me jump..."
