Volume 1 Chapter 8: Like Father, Like Daughter!?

Previously: He stopped in place as he saw the hospital food. "Those words weren't normal. They were targeting me in a certain way. He already knows about my true nature? No! I don't want to think about that. Is he scared of me? Or is he like me? Did that fall unlock something inside him? The quirk unlocked by rage? He unlocked it and knows about his teacher's. That's right, he said to go easy on them." He grabbed a few meals and different flavors of jello and pudding. "My son isn't like his mother anymore. That much is obvious. What do I say to him? I'll just focus on him recovering. Once he gets checked out, we can talk more in depth. No matter what he says, I'm going to make sure he stays safe." He entered the room smiling happily at his son carrying so much food it kinda like overkill.

Several days later, All Might comes to finish the job. It was Saturday and Deku was clear to leave the hospital. Hisashi was there talking and his son about if he wants live with him. Deku asks if he could still go to his hero school. Hisashi reluctantly agrees to his request. Then suddenly he was backhanded into the wall and "knocked out" while Deku sat there in bed shaking in fear. He was acting the part of only having two quirks but if he keeps the act anymore. His son is going to die just like his late wife. "Dad, help me!" "Your pathetic father, can't save you now!"

Shigaraki uses an red laser beam quirk, this causes All Might to go flying into multiple walls of the hospital rooms. "Father?" Hisashi made reluctant eye contact with his son. "I'll explain everything later, please don't..." Izuku saw All Might throwing a punch towards his father. His body moved on it's own. He leaped off the bed and hardened his skin with volcanic rock. "Watch out, father!" He was decked in the chest. He went spiraling into the glass window. He grabbed onto the ledge just before he took a nose dive off the building. "Zuku, my son! Damn you, All Might!" His entire body turned into flowing lava and diamond skin. 

The two powerhouses fought against each other and All Might was heavily injured so he retreated. Hisashi ran towards the room where his son was located. "Izuku!" "Dad..." Deku was in rough shape but still alive. "Son." He fell to his knees breathing heavily as he went to speak but Izuku locked eyes with his father. "I love you, no matter what Dad." They hugged each other and Shigaraki felt his body heal quickly. "Dad I need to tell you something." "Yes?" They were both on their knees on the hospital tile flooring. "I don't know how to say this but I know about you." "Son, listen I don't blame you..." "I've known for awhile subconsciously but after all that stuff. Everything around me started to make much more sense. I feel different about myself and others. And I don't feel comfortable being a boy anymore. If you are really the Super Genius AFO then you must be able to help me." His eyes shook in shock over what was being said. "Please change my gender, father." Deku grabbed his hand and started to cry. "You could ask for more power but you just want this from me? Izuku, I don't understand why you are so calm right now." He sighed softly and kissed Izuku's forehead. Ava got her female body body back. Izuku became Izuna. She stood up and spun around smiling happily at him. His heart burned with overwhelming warmth of love. "Daddy! You are the best!" He couldn't help but to lift her in the air and smile. "Why am I feeling like this, I should be sad right? I have a daughter to spoil and hold close." He set her back down. She realized that he wasn't at his normal height. "Dad, why are you so short compared to your other form?" He leaned over and booped her nose. "So you can see into my eyes. You are even cuter than before. My darling daughter." She heard trouble coming. "The police are coming, I'm scared. Protect me papa." His body moved on it's own. Her words did something to him. He scooped her up and leaped out of the broken window. She screamed out with excitement. He activated his flight quirk and flew them to a stable rooftop nearby.
