Y/N's adventure in the Digiworld!(Ken x Reader)

The Emperors story? pt.1

A/N: sorry for not updating, I've been struggling with my depression and finals are next week, so here is a chapter!

In the Digiworld: pond

Y/N and Yūki are walking around, looking for the source of the crying. They do finally find it, when they see the Emperor crying and Wormmon trying to comfort him. The duo of bravery look at each other and nod, walking towards the Emperor and Wormmon. The Emperor looks at them.

Digimon Emperor:...what do you two want...are you going to rub this in my face?...

Y/N frowns and shakes her head, sitting next to the Emperor

Y/N: I would never. Even if you're the Digimon Emperor, you still have feelings and are allowed to feel things. Your still human

The Emperors eyes widen in shock and he looks at you.

Digimon Emperor: w-what?...but I've tried hurting you and your friends!...why are you being so nice to me?...

Y/N:*gives a small smile* everyone deserves a second chance, even you

The Emperor starts crying more, and without warning, hugs Y/N, who hugs back. Yūki hugs Wormmon and they watch their partners comfort each other.

Y/N: if you don't mind me asking, what happened? You don't have to answer if you don't want to

Digimon Emperor:*he thinks for a bit, then sighs*...someone at school said something to me and it hit closer to home than I'd like to admit

Y/N frowns and hugs the Emperor more, silently making a vow to help him. You don't notice that the Emperor is blushing slightly, not used to the affection or anyone caring about him.

Digimon Emperor: what about your team? Won't they get mad if they see you here with me?

Y/N: I don't care, all that matters right now is that you are safe Emperor 

The Emperor thinks for a bit, then cautiously sits up and looks at Y/N. You look back at him, tilting your head in curiosity.

Digimon Emperor: why don't you hate me?

Y/N: I don't believe you are doing this out of your own will. I believe that someone is manipulating you, so I'm going to protect you the best I can.

Yūki: so will I! Where my partner goes, I go!

Wormmon:*nods* that's right, I'll follow you till the end of the world Ken!

The Emperor tears up and wipes his eyes. Y/N blinks.

Y/N: wait Ken? Like Ken Ichijoji?

The Emperor nods and takes off his glasses.

Digimon Emperor-I mean Ken: do what you must with that information 

Y/N pulls Ken into another hug, surprising him.

Y/N: I'll keep your secret until your ready to come out with it Kenny Boy

Ken tears up again and nods, whispering a small 'thank you'. Y/N nods and rubs his back, comforting him as he cries. After a hour, he calms down and falls asleep on her.

Y/N:*whispering* let's get him somewhere safe

The two rookies nod.

Yūki:*whispering* want me to armour digivole 

Y/N:*nods* digi armour energize

Yūki: Veemon armour digivole to...Freezedramon the ice of bravery

Wormmon crawls up Freezedramon, and Freezedramon picks up you and Ken. Freezedramon hops away to find a safe place, and does so in a few minutes. She lands and walks in the groove patch, carefully setting you and Ken down. You carefully carry Ken to a soft patch of moss and lay him on it. You go to walk away, but he catches your arm and pulls you down. You blush slightly but sigh.

Y/N:*whispering* guess we are stuck here for a few hours

The two digimon nod.

Wormmon: do you two want to know how Ken ended up like this?

Y/N: it doesn't feel right if he doesn't tell us himself. I don't want to betray his trust.

Wormmon and Freezedramon nod, understanding.

In the human world-takuyas room:

Davis is trying to explain to Sparkmon about the digiteam while trying not to have a mental breakdown because his sister has been who knows where for an hour. Takuya is thinking about what to do, when the warriors of fire and the duo of courage get teleported to a white space. They look around startled, when Takuya and Sparkmon see a familiar face.

Takuya/Sparmon: CHERUBIMON!

Cherubimon floats down and carefully sits so he doesn't seem intimidating. Davis looks at Takuya.

Davis: who is this Taky?

Demi: that's Cherubimon. He's one of the good guys and he was one if the guardian Angel's who watched over the digital world.

Cherubimon nods, agreeing with Demiveemon.

Cherubimon: there is a reason I called you four here.

Takuya: and why is that?

Cherubimon: it's about the Digimon Emperor. Me and him share a common manipulator.

Takuya: the same-...wait, its Lucemon that's behind all this?!?

Cherubimon nods and Davis suddenly has Demi armour digivole.

Demi: Demiveemon digivole too....Veemon! Veemon armour digivole too....Flamedramon the fire of courage! 

Flamedramon fires his 'Fire Rocket' attack at a fast moving shadow, but the shadow absorbs it and creates a mirror TV.

Flamedramon: what the..

Cherubimon: I wouldn't attack that. It's been showing me what's been going on in the digital world.

Narrator: what's this, a mirror TV? I wonder where it leads, and what's going on between Ken and Y/N? Find out next time on Digimon: Digital Monsters!
