Chapter 10 ~ We're friends, right?

Vanessa's POV.

I kept looking at Joe, he kept looking at me, expecting me to say something but I just couldn't.

"Leave the poor girl alone guys, maybe she doesn't want to tell you" -Zoe said smiling. Thank you Zoe.

"Heeeey, we're here!" -Marcus screamed from the elevator, with Niomi by his side. Thank you Marcus.

We all greeted them and then walked down to the van that was waiting for us. We all fitted perfectly.

"So...where are we going?" -I asked Jim cause he was sitting besides me.

"I'm not quite sure..." -He laughed. "Hey guys, where are we going?" -He then asked.

"Cheese Cake Factory!" -Tanya and Zoe screamed.

"I guess Cheese Cake Factory" -Jim said looking at me. He had beautiful eyes btw.

"Thanks Jim." -I laughed.

We were sitted in the biggest table in there, all chatting and laughing, it was fun to finally feel like...one of them, even tho I'm probably not yet. I was sitting in between Caspar and Joe.

"So Vanessa, you live here in LA?" -Marcus asked making everyone turn to look at me.

"I wish!" -I laughed. "Im from Texas".

"Yeeehaaaa" -Caspar said trying to impersonate a cowboy.

"Yeah" -I laughed. "You could easily be from Texas".

"Cool! I know im great with accents" - Caspar said joking.

"So did you just come for Vidcon?" -Jim asked.

"Yeah basically" -I smiled. "This is my very first time here".

"Oh, cool, do you like it?" -Tyler asked.

"Yeah, i love it, although its really hot and I much prefer like... sweather weather? If you know what I mean" -I laughed.

"Ahh yes!" -Zoe said. "I definitely know what you mean".

"Well you should come to the UK then, it's exactly like that, its more on the cold side" -Niomi said and smiled.

"I actually asked her to come with us to the UK when The Fray comes, cause she really likes them" -Joe said.

"Ohhh are you coming? That would be so much fun" -Alfie asked.

"I don't know... I told Joe it was almost impossible cause I dont really have the money right now to buy the tickets you know?" -I said.

"I have a spare ticket!" -Caspar screamed making everyone at the restaurant look at us. "Sorry... i've got a spare ticket, I can give it to you, for free" -He smiled.

I laughed. "Really? How come?"

"Yeah, I didn't know you had one, otherwise I would have told her before" -Joe said confused.

"Well... let's say, someone who was coming with me... is not going anymore" -Caspar said very slow.

"He probably had a fight with Gabby" -Joe whispered in my ear sending shivers down my neck. I didn't expect that. I just nod.

"Okaaaay... so you're coming with us then?" -Alfie asked smiling.

"Amm..." -I hesitate. I didn't have the money for a plane ticket to England! It was freaking expensive. It was a no no to ask my parents, I dont know what I could do... I wanted to say yes but at the same time I had to say no.
