When Liam regained consciousness, he could find himself outside, lying on the floor. He looked at the boys surrounding him, but couldn't really understand what they were saying. What happened...? Then, he could see Armin approaching him with his smartphone in his hand. He was calling somebody. He seemed afraid. As Armin noticed that Liam was awake, he said a few words, hang up, and immediately approached Liam. Armin said something, but Liam's hearing still wasn't fully recovered yet, but he definitely asked: "Are you okay?"

Before Liam could respond or do anything at all, the other boys helped him get on his feet. He could barely stand, so he leaned against the wall next to him. His sight started to become clearer. What happened? One of the boys got in front of Liam and asked, now clearly audible:

"Are you okay, Liam?"

Liam finally managed to focus on the boy. It was Samuele. How could he forget these luminous eyes? Armin brought a bottle of coke.

"Here," he said, "Drink some of this!"

Liam took the bottle and drank almost half of it. He slowly started to feel better.

"Liam?" asked Samuele.

"Yeah, sorry," Liam answered, "I think I'm okay."

"You said you wanted to go to the restroom, and then you just passed out, right?" Lucas interrupted the two.

He said it in a strange way. It seemed as if he wanted Liam to agree with him. What the hell happened?

"Right?" he asked again.

"M- Maybe," Liam stuttered, "I'm not sure what happened."

Sounds of sirens rang out in the distance, getting closer.

"I was already on a call with 112*," Armin said, "You better get checked. Come with me!"

"You sure you okay?" Samuele asked again.

"I-"

Before Liam could answer, Armin forced him to come. Liam followed Armin through the courtyard and already saw the ambulance in front of the dormitory. Some paramedics rushed toward them. Armin calmed them down and explained the situation. After a couple of questions, Liam had to run through some tests.

"All in all, you seem fine," one of the paramedics said, "And you can't remember what happened?"

"No..." Liam said, "I'm sorry."

"You don't have to be," laughed the paramedic, "It's just a bit uncommon that you lose consciousness for ten minutes and then wake up not remembering what happened."

Liam was a bit nervous. He didn't like to not remember stuff. The last thing he could remember was that he had finished his tour for Samuele and then went to bed for a nap.

"Anyways, you can go now," the man said.

"Thank you!"

Armin had a brief conversation with the others and then went upstairs with Liam.

"You guys really challenge me on your first week here in Laurin's. Having to talk to paramedics twice a day, that's new for me," Armin said with a smile, but he definitely meant it.

"I'm sorry," Liam said.

"No need to apologize," Armin said, "Just make sure that you'll get hydrated enough and eat sugar and stuff. But don't tell the middle school kiddos that I told you that."

Liam laughed.

"Sure, I mean, I won't complain about that!" Liam said.

Once arrived in his room, Marc, who lay on his bed, could hardly wait before drilling Liam with questions.
