👀Meanwhile👀

This is a bit of a short chapter, because I couldn't think of something else other than funny shit.

Mewdrop sat down upon the box, fiddling with her mittens. Ash was sat opposite, just staring at her. "I'm sorry, ok? I just wanted to help—"

"Well if you wanted to help you wouldn't have stuck a fucking bandage to my FUR! That shit is not coming out!" Mew frowned. She didn't want to touch the bandage. It would just have to stay there. Great. "Look Mew," Ash started again, "We're on the same side." MewDrop rolled her eyes like the rebellious teen she was. "I know that! But you have hurt me, and I cannot forgive you." She replied in a dramatic tone. Ash just sighed and got up, looking around. "Can we just get some stuff, you emo little rebel." She was going to pat her on the head, but the small Ventrexian slinked away, like Micheal Jackson.

They began their search of materials and useful shit, like food. Mew found a small metal box, with a rod attached to it. At first she thought of it as a sort of walkie-talkie. She fiddled around with the rod. Suddenly, she heard static. Mewdrop quickly pounced away from it with a yelp. She slowly approached it cautiously. She turned a dial, and to the Ventrexians surprise, music started playing. "What the hell kinda magic box is this shit?" She picked up the 'magic box' and shook it, thinking that people were trapped in the box. Mew began yelling into the box, worried? "Hello? Ex- excuse me who's in there?"

She was about to look behind her for Ash, but a sudden voice spoke back. "...Tin openers, right? Anyway onto our next track. You'll like this one if your a wolf who likes bananas."

Mew hesitated, but put the metal box onto the table. "I think I'm like a wolf. What's a banana?" She talked back as though it was a real person. After a few seconds, music started playing. Her ears started to perk up, slowly moving to the beat.

Before she knew it, Mewdrop was moving to the song. She couldn't stop her ears from going left right left right. She didn't even know what a banana was.

Ash approached the music to see what it was. "Mew, what the hell is that music playing on the radio. It's shit." Mewdrop tilted her head and started with that dramatic tone in her voice. "Ashley Graven! As the Brits would say, this song is a fuckin' banger bruv!" Ash face palmed and muttered some words under her breath before she replied. "You don't even know what a banana is!" Mew was still jamming to the song. "Well, now that's my mission. The magic box has given me a mission to find a banana!" Ash sighed, "If you're lucky, you'll find a banana in these boxes."

Mewdrop quickly stopped and stared at Ash with wide eyes. She didn't say anything, but she rushed away to search boxes for a banana. Ash smiled and laughed quietly, "You're gonna be looking for a yellow, curved fruit with thick skin." She started messing around with the radio, switching stations.

Ash was surprised most stations still worked. After a few minutes, Mew came back with a banana and... a yellow boomerang. "Which one is a banana?" Ash frowned, "The one that's- How the fuck did you get a boomerang?" Mew looked at the banana, and then the boomerang. "Throw the boomerang."

Mewdrop threw the banana.

"No not the b- how stupid are you?"

Mew shrugged and threw the boomerang. She stared at it as it went, turned and it was coming, coming, coming... Until it collided with her face. She hissed and clawed at it. "THAT SUMBITCH JUST SLAPPED ME! SQUARE UP THEN, SQUARE UP!" Ash lifted it out of Mew's reach (pretty easy) and laughed. "Just eat the banana." Mew sighed, picked up the banana and bit a chunk off, with the skin on. Ash stared at her, concerned. Mew just sat there and ate the whole thing. She stared up at ash. "What?"

"You don't eat the skin, Mew."

"Well I did, so tough shit."

They both started laughing at each other.
