Tuesday morning, the usual wake up and get ready you pull on your outfit for the day feeling very good about yourself is this going to be a good day? or are you going to make it a good day? you wonder to yourself.
Steve has already packed you a bit of lunch and is waiting in the car outside to give you a ride to school. you jump into his car and you take off towards Hawkins high school with the hope that you'll start to be friends with Eddie before he graduates this year as he hopes.
as steve pulls out the drive you think about how much your missing home even tho this place is your home now anyway. plus the fact you are not in the constant firing range of your parent's arguments, steves stopped to get some gas on the way he studs out of the car to fill it up just as he did he asked you if you wanted anything from the gas convenient store you gestured a small shrug and shake your head. when you finally reached Hawkins high school you studied the pale walls before leaving steve for the day.
" have a great day kid" he yelled from the window of his car before speeding off out of there. you shook your head from the slight embarrassment of the other kids looking at you and your older brother. as you walked towards homeroom you saw robin talking to some red-haired girl u thought you saw them talking to one another during lunch the other day robin spotted you looking in her direction and swiftly skipped towards you. with the biggest smile on her face.
"so I've heard you have been talking to Eddie in math the other day just after I left you he's been talking to the other club members about you but I don't know the details maybe you should ask him about it today when you have your next class with him maybe he has a crush on u?" he said giving you a knowing smile. you looked at her and shrugged however you were hiding how flushed you feel it's almost like hundreds of butterflies are punching your stomach trying to tell everyone how you feel. robin and you had started to walk toward your first-period lesson just as you were, you tripped over as you fell to the ground a slim arm wrapped around you stopping you from reaching the cold hard floor as it pulled you back up to the normal resting stance you saw whose arm it was nonother than the hellfire leader Eddie Munson his shabby hair resting on his shoulders as he pulled you up using his arm he was still wairing his black jacket from yesterday and the same pair of blue jeans but still he looked perfect to you.
you were trying not to blush as he asked if you were alright only for him to begin talking to robin after you didn't reply due to your internal brain thoughts and the still constant tugging at your stomach from the contact with Eddie. why did he have to look so cute like that? he suddenly turned to look back at you before smiling " your turning red meet me at lunch around the back of school maybe I can see if your skin can go any other colors" he whispered with a slight laugh to you before walking away to his first lesson.
