It was now time for Eren's trial some of the scouts have been asked to bring him up to the courtroom, Mikasa and Armin had been asked to attend it as well since they are witnesses, Eren was currently being tied down to a metal pole
"I'm supreme commander premier zackery, every decision pertaining your execution will be decided by me is this fine by you" A man with white beard said as Eren nodded in agreement
"Okay let's commence, military police lay forth your proposal" The premier said
"I'm Nile Dok the commander of the military police brigade, my proposal is that we dissect him and extract whatever information we can then dispose of him" The MP commander said
"Scouts?" The premier said
"I'm Erwin Smith the commander of the scouts our proposal is that we will use him to retake the walls and strengthen our forces that's all" Erwin stated
"How are we sure he's not a threat" some bunch of merchants started yelling
"Eren Jäger are you willing to use this power for the good of humanity" The premier asked
"Yes sir" Eren said confidently
"But it says here that as a titan you almost killed Mikasa Ackerman , is this person around" The premier said
"That would be me sir" Mikasa said while shooting Rico a glare
"What I can't lie in a report" Rico whispered
"yes sir it's true, but before that he saved me three times I'd like you to take those facts into considerations as well" Mikasa said
"I think personal feelings are attached here as it reads in her file Mikasa Ackerman was taken in by the Jägers and she and Eren killed 3 grown men in cold blood while this can easily be covered as self defense isn't it too much for little kids" Nile spat
"Who knows maybe she's a monster too let's dissect her" A merchant yelled
"NO! Don't you lay your filthy hands on her she's innocent, If you're all too afraid to fight then let me do it let me fight for you so just SHUT UP AND BET EVERYTHING ON ME!!" Eren yelled
On instinct all MP soldiers pointed their guns toward Eren
"Be ready to shoot" Nile said as they ready their guns
A scout with the green cloak hood over his head blocking his face from the public raised his hands signaling all MP to lower their guns, Almost immediately, Levi struck Eren across the face with a kick knocking his tooth out as he proceeded to beat Eren up
"Personally I think pain is the best form of discipline" Levi said
" W..wait what if he gets mad and transform" An MP said
"Oh but you guys were gonna dissect him you didn't think about it then, besides this guy can turn into a titan and he has intelligence making him a formidable foe but I can defeat him either way but how many of you can say the same for yourselves" Levi said
"Your honor let Levi look after Eren Jäger" Erwin said
"Levi can I trust that if needs be then you can dispose of Eren Jäger" The premier said
"Yes sir the problem is if I can do less" Levi said
"Yes sir Eren won't be a problem that I can assure with the new addition of cadet Y/n, he alone is enough guarantee to take down Eren Jäger plus the addition of captain Levi" Erwin said as Mikasa's eyes widen in disbelief and relief that Y/n was alright she immediately started scanning the room for him as her eyes fixed onto the hooded scout from before
