Some of my headcanons:

She loves showing you affection, but only has occasion for this when kids are asleep.

She loves taking baths with you.

She understands and is in fact very supportive when it comes to your anxiety. It's probably caused by her personally struggling with OCD.

You love it, when she allows you to sit on her lap while reading a book. Sometimes she smokes. You usually don't like when someone's smoking, but for her you've made an exception. You secretly find it very sexy.

You were so scared to meet with her children, that you ended up having a panic attack. Surprisingly kids were very patient and even tried to calm you down by giving you their toys.

You were afraid to admit your feelings for her, because you thought that she wouldn't understand that woman can love another woman. She shocked you when she came out as a lesbian.

If you're using another pronouns than were assigned to you after birth she tries her best to not misgender you. Sometimes she even corrects her kids when they are using wrong ones.
