Dear diary,

This year I'm looking forward to be full of surprises and awesome things, maybe to try and catch the snitch as a revenge to Gryffindor, I don't know, I'm really excited but really scared. What if something bad happens?I hope that I'll stay pretty confident this year. Wish me luck! :)

I'm right now at the Hogwarts express with my friends, and I just had eye contact with Harry Potter. He seems to be such a sweet boy! If he wasn't with his 2 useless friends of his I'd love to be with him. This Hermione Granger girl just annoys me! Why do they always have to be together?!

...

This year Professor Dumbledore announced that Hogwarts is hosting the Triwizard Tournament. Sounds interesting, but it sounds very scary too. 3 champions (1 for each school - Hogwarts, Durmstrang and Beauxbatons) will have to pass 3 very dangerous tasks. Ludo Bagman, someone from the Ministry (my mum told be about him), told that this time it's too risky for underage wizards to join, so he said that the Ministry concluded to limit the age for entering, so I'm lucky I'm not 17 yet to get to enter there. And if it was obligated, I'd for sure die from just mentioning my name being chosen.

...

It's champion-selection day! There were a few I remember putting their names in the Goblet of Fire, the vessel in which the students place their names in: Cedric Diggory from Hufflepuff, the 2 Gryffindor beaters - the Weasley twins (which their aging potion went wrong, so apparently they're not competing), Angelina Johnson, also from Gryffindor, Sally Fawcett and Roger Davies from Ravenclaw, also I know them because they play in my Quidditch team, a veela from the Beauxbatons school, and a couple of Durmstrangs.

We all waited impatienly for several minutes until Dumbledore announced: "now... the moment you've all been waiting for... the Champions' selection!"

1st name to appear was Viktor Krum, from Durmstrang. As far as I know about him, he is the best seeker in the world! He played at the Quidditch World Cup Final this summer.2nd name to appear was Fleur Delacour, from Beauxbatons, which apparently was the name of the veela I have seen yesterday.3rd and last one was Cedric Diggory, and now there was a loud cheering at the Hall. From behind I could hear someone from Gryffindor saying "of course, pretty-boy Diggory is chosen, come on!"That was a funny comment in my opinion. I laughed. Obviously, I can't deny that he was pretty indeed.Oh, that wasn't expected. There is apparently a 4th champion now, Harry Potter. How strange, he's just 14! And apparently they are letting him compete. Good luck for him, I guess!
