It's been three years since little izuku was taken, three years since he was right in front of me, and three years since I've seen his kidnapper, my archnemisis. From what we gathered about izuku, he was born to Inko and Hisashi midoria. Hisashi didn't want a child so he left when izuku was one years old. By then, Inko was already a little bit neglectful towards izuku. When izuku turned four and didn't have a quirk, Inko locked him in the basement of her house and practically tortured him up untill we found him, four years later. He's never gone to school and from what we can tell, was only fed once every week. When we found him was when he was getting one of his 'punishments', apparently he had been and tried to eat some food when it wasn't allowed by Inko. I had just been doing my morning patrol around the city when I heard izuku's screams from Inko's 'punishment'. I called for backup to investigate and Aizawa came after I busted in. After All for one left with izuku, Inko and everyone in the neighborhood was questioned. Several of the neighbors knew what was going on and did nothing. Because they knew and didn't do anything, the we're arrested and charged with the crime of association. They knew what was happening and they knew what Inko was doing yet they said nothing and still talked to her like her son wasn't being tortured everyday. There was only one family that didn't know what was going on and that was the bakugo family. Both parents leave early in the morning and come back late at night because of their job as top leading fashion designers. Their son is picked up by car every morning and has confessed to hearing yelling come from the midoria residence but just thought nothing of it. Apparently, Inko had told everyone that izuku was going to boarding school in another country so no one ever questioned it. From what we can tell, izuku was a quirkless child that was abused and ignored by society. Only now, he seems to have a quirk. Forensics determined that it was a trauma induced quirk. It seemed to be some sort of healing quirk. I was strayed from my thoughts when Aizawa came in looking as dead as ever, and maybe a little more. "What happened?" I asked. Aizawa grumbled back, "there's a new Vigilante." "Oh, what does that have to do with you?" "They want me on the case," Aizawa grumbled some more. Aizawa continued, "he goes by Hirasenshi and no one has ever seen him. Only statements from the people he's saved seeing a white blur." Aizawa stopped for a second only to turn serious.

"And he's targeting All for one." That made me catch my breath. I waited a second before asking, "and what does this have to do with me?" Aizawa sighed, "because this Vigilante is actually doing a good job of finding AFO's operations and seems to know things we don't, we have been tasked to find this Vigilante and recruit him on our case." "We?" I asked. "Yeah, I'm having trouble catching them, I can't even find out if their male or female, so the detective suggested I bring you into it." "What makes you think they will help us find young izuku?" "Because when this Vigilante isn't raiding AFO's operations, they're raiding child abusers homes," Aizawa set out pictures of at least twenty different homes where the children are abused or at least neglected. Aizawa continued, "they always leave a sign when they're finished, even at his raids of AFO. The thing is, the detective doesn't think it's a message to us, but to AFO," and laid out another picture.
