Cuddles & Reading (Spencer Reid)

Imagine: Cuddling Spencer and reading a book together

You were staying at your boyfriend Spencer Reid's house, but he wasn't paying any attention to you. You had recently loaned him your favorite book series, and he's spent all day reading them. He's on the fifth book and you're getting touch starved.

You huff, trying to get his attention. But his concentration on the book never falters. You huff again, this time louder. He looks over at you curiously and you raise your eyebrows at him.

He turns his focus back on the book and you huff once more, this times super loud and dramatically. He turns to you and asks, "You okay?"

"Yeah, yeah. I'm fine." You say.

"Okay then." He says awkwardly before continuing reading.

You huff even louder and he turns his gaze towards you again.

"It doesn't really seem like you're okay." He states concerned like.

"I'm bored." You say monotonously.

"Read a book." he suggests.

"No."

"Go for a walk?"

"No."

"Watch a movie??"

"No!" You say more sternly, with a pouty face and your arms crossed.

"Do you want to cuddle?"

You sigh sarcastically, "Well, I guess." You practically jump in his lap and he puts the book on your chest so you can read it too. You know he's slowing his pace down so you can read it too, which isn't really necessary considering you've read it like a million times. But it's still a sweet sentient.

Whenever you finish the page and need him to flip it, you squeeze his hand. You both decided it was more convenient, and less annoying than telling eachother out loud that you need to flip the page.

The two of you read together for hours before deciding it's time for a nap. Spence kisses the top of your head and whispers, "I love you, Angelcake."
