The smell of fresh rain helped relax your tired figure as you continued trotting down the foggy roads. The thought of school irked you every time it crossed your mind, troubling your already unenthusiastic mood. You simply try to push it to the side by distracting yourself with music— which always seems to sooth your body. It seems like music has been your go-to lately.
*buzz!!*
Your cellphone began to buzz in your pocket.
"Hello?" "Hey.. um. Just be watchful once you get to school.." your friend warned you with some hesitance. "What? Why?" Giyuu somehow never fails to confuse you. "Tengen is eager to meet you. I don't know how he'll react once he—" giyuu's voice dimmed as you could hear some bickering in the background. "YO!! Is this the infamous y/n??" you quickly pull the phone away from your ear as Tengen continued screaming into the mic.
After about 20 more seconds of his semi- annoying ranting you hang up, texting Giyuu a dry "see u soon."
The school gates welcome you to another day of misery as you make way to the building's entrance. '7:20 AM' your phone read. You couldn't yet figure out if you were glad or upset you decided to leave your house early, which you usually preferred being right on time as school isn't exactly your favorite place on earth. The large stack of homework you had last night didn't entirely help either— the papers had kept you awake until nearly 2 in the morning.
