3RD PERSON'S POV●
After a month, it's finally their graduation day.
Mina successfully achieved being the valedictorian for their batch. While Chaeyoung, although she don't look like it, she's actually part of the honor roll.
"Son Chaeyoung with high honors" The emcee called her and she went on stage, looking for certain people on the crowd.
"Where's Mr or Mrs. Son?" The principal whispered to her.
"Must be preoccupied with their companies' affairs" She replied.
Chaeyoung recieved the medal alone, without her parents. The principal decided to put the medal on her in stead of her parents. She smiled bitterly before looking at the camera.
The ceremony ended and the students started shouting with happiness. Dahyun and Tzuyu went to her side.
"Dudes congratulations to us, we survived this hell" -Tzuyu
"Where should we celebrate?" Dahyun cheerfully asked them.
"Well you have your parents with you so you must celebrate with them" Chaeyoung sounded so bitter right now.
She saw Mina going to the restroom so she hurriedly excused herself from her friends.
"Congrats smarty-pants" -Chaeyoung
Mina raised her eyebrows on her.
"You're really not going to let me have peace even on this special occasion?" -Mina
"What? I'm just congratulating you" -Chaeyoung
"While calling me "smarty-pants?" Thank you then" Mina sarcastically replied to her.
Chaeyoung chuckled.
"Okay sorry. Congratulations, Mina." She sincerely said it this time which made Mina startled.
Firstly, she said sorry that she have never heard the small tiger utter before, and secondly she called her in her first name and congratulated her.
"Wow... I never thought you knew the word "sorry" before, you even know my name"
Chaeyoung put her hands up.
"I'm being sincere here while you keep on roasting me"
"I never asked for your sincerity Son Chaeyoung. I'm simply reacting based on the way you treated me. Did you expect me to jump in joy because of your greetings?" Mina started frowning at her.
Chaeyoung felt guilty with Mina's words.
"N-no. I actually want to apologize, Mina. I said and did a lot of terrible things to you, I'm sorry."
"Whatever, just leave me alone. I hope to never cross paths with a psycho like you"
Chaeyoung felt a little pang in her chest.
Mina went out of the comfort room leaving Chaeyoung alone.
"We saw Mina coming out from here, she looks furious did you do something to her again?" -Dahyun
Chaeyoung just glared at Dahyun.
"Yah don't start any argument tonight please, it's a special day for us" -Tzuyu
"And Chaeng, someone's looking for you outside"
The three of them went out. Chaeyoung was surprised to see her parents talking with Dahyun and Tzuyu's family.
"Here they are" -Mr. Kim
"Sorry we are late, Chaeyoung." Chaeyoung's mother said.
Chaeyoung just smiled at her shrugging it off.
