Zero - A Steve Harrington X Reader

Chapter 3

      The two of them climbed up. "What did you say about climbing?" Steve asked. We could all hear it because of the echo.
      They came back down. Eventually, Steve managed to open a box that had these weird green vile things in it. Erica grabbed one and started banging it on the ground.
     "What are you doing?" Robin asked her, grabbing the vile from her.
     "If the human body doesn't have water, it will die." she replied, reaching for the vile.
      "I hate to break it to you, but this is not water." Robin said, putting it back in the box.
      "No but it's a liquid." she replied.
       Most of the time I sat in the corner, watching them. I got kind of bored so I decided to climb up to the top. Steve saw me and followed. I pulled on a few ropes. 
      "Whatcha doing?" he asked once he got up.
      "Oh you know, trying to see if maybe I could pull it up. I highly doubt I could though. I guess we're stuck here until the Russians try to kill us." I said, sitting down.
      "I think we could take a few Russians" he said, sitting down next to me. "You know, I've won every fight I've ever been in."
       Dustin yelled up. "You've never won a fight!"
      "Shut up before we offer you to the Russians!" Steve replied. I started to laugh.
      "You guys are cute" I said. Steve stared at me, then laughed.
      "He's something." he replied.
      The moment got kind of awkward so we decided to head back down. Erica was banging on the door trying to get it to open. Eventually, it did. But not because Erica was banging on it. There was a Russian on the other side.
      Steve was quick to jump in and fight him. I kind of just stood back knowing I could've at least knocked him out within a few seconds, but I decided to let Steve have this victory. He won.
      We walked down the hallway, obviously looking suspicious, considering you know, two of us were wearing sailor outfits, and all of us were obviously teenagers. Well, minus Erica. After about 30 minutes or so, Steve, Robin and I managed to get captured somehow. I tried to use my powers, but it only caused me to be sedated.
      When I woke up I was in a dark room. The only light coming from a window that led to the room where Robin and Steve were. I tried to use my powers again but I was still too drowsy.
      A tall man walked in and started asking me questions in English. I think he thought we were American spies.
      The only thing I could reply was 'I don't know.' Eventually that made him angry and he ended up punching me in the face. I kicked him in the shin in return. I started to wake up more. I was able to push him back and shatter the window leading to Robin and Steve's room. I managed to knock the other ones that were interrogating them down, even with the awkward angle. I made a knife that one of Russian men had and cut myself free. I cut Robin and Steve free as well. They had been drugged.
     I managed to get them moving and walk out of the room. We ended up finding Dustin and Erica looking for us. We started looking for an exit when we ran into a bunch of Russian soldiers. Robin and Steve were obviously no help because they were drugged. I managed to either knock them out or kill them pretty easily, only occasionally getting hit with a knife, the occasional bullet nicking my arm, you know, minor things. Everything started turning into a blur, but we managed to escape.
      Once we reached the surface, the 4 of them went into the movie theatre to lay low. I decided I should probably clean up first. It took awhile to clean myself up completely. By the time I had finished it had been about an hour. The movie would be over soon. I walked out and went back in to the theatre. Dustin wasn't in his seat. I sat where he was sitting next to Erica.
      "Where'd Dustin go" I whispered.
      "To go try and make contact with the others." Erica replied quietly. "I'm looking over those two...." she stopped. "uh oh"
        We all ended up finding each other. Thats about when the Russians appeared. We stood back and before they could shoot, a display car starts to beep. I looked over in confusion, when it levitates and knocks in to the Russian soldiers. 
      "Eleven." I said.
      "Zero.." she said.
      The others joined us and explained what they had been doing, followed by questions and El hugging me. they said something about a boy named Billy? I don't entirely remember. We explained what we found out, and suddenly, El collapsed. Turns out, she had been attacked by this weird melted person monster thing and now there was a tiny bit of it inside her leg. I couldn't watch them cut her leg open. 
      She ended up using her powers after this awkward looking guy put his fingers inside her leg. It bounced around like a fish out of water and then Hopper appeared, and crushed it.
