It has been 2 weeks since I married Betty and 1 week since we moved into my mom's old trailer. She could have the baby any day now, the only problem is that we still don't have a name. "Jughead we need to focus, she could be here any minute and we still don't have a name" Betty said as she scrolled through baby names and began reading of meanings.
Fallon, it means leader or Magnolia, it means flower" Betty suggested to me. She listed off many more names but nothing seemed right. That is until I said, "how about Salem". "I really like that, but what would we use for a middle name" Betty asked. "Ivy" I answered her. "Salem Ivy Jones" I said as I placed a hand on her stomach. "My daughter is Salem Ivy, how about Salem Ivy" I said as I kissed Betty's stomach. "That's perfect" Betty swooned. "Her middle name is Ivy" I answered. "I really like that" Betty agreed with me.
"Then that's her name, Salem Ivy Jones" I said as I kissed Betty. "I will love you to pieces Salem Ivy" I said as I kissed her stomach. "Let's take a nap Mrs. Jones I said as I laid down and motioned for her to come over to me.
3 days later
Betty's p.o.v.
I woke up to a gush of wetness in between my legs. I carefully got up snuck out of the bedroom and into the hallway that led to the front room where the packed bags were sitting by the door. I picked up the packed bags and took them outside to my car before putting them in the trunk and walking back inside. I instantly went into the nursery about about twenty minutes when in sunk in I was going into labor.

(Nursery)
"I knew I would find you in here" Jughead said as he rested his chin on my shoulder. "You realize the nursery isn't going anywhere right?" He asked me with a smile. "I know but this baby bump will" I said as a small sharp pain shot through my stomach causing me to tense up. "Hey what do you mean by that and are you okay" he asked worriedly. "My water broke about an half hour ago" I answered him. "And you just tell me now" Jughead said as he helped me out the door and to the car. "I already put the bags in my trunk" I said as he helped me buckle my seat belt.
At the hospital 20 minutes later
Jughead's p.o.v.
"Hey my wife is in labor, her name is Elizabeth Jones" I said as I helped her up to the front desk. "When did her water break" the nurse asked. "About 2 hours ago, can someone get her a wheelchair please" I pleaded as someone rushed one over and helped me get her into it. "Alright follow me please" she said as she lead us into a room. "Alright help me get her on to the bed" the nurse said as we helped her stand up and transfer her over to the bed before the doctor walked into the room and took charge.
"Hi Betty, my name is Dr Deiman. Your labor is progressing rather quickly and you seem to have gone into labor sooner than what you believed" Dr Deiman said. "We need to get you into a gown" she added as she and I helped Betty into a gown. "You are ready to have this baby now Betty, you need to get ready to push" she said as she got on the receiving end. "Call them Jughead" Betty said as I grabbed her hand. "Hey Alice it's Jughead, we are at Riverdale general, Betty is in labor" I said before hanging up and calling my dad.
"Hey dad, you need to get to Riverdale general ASAP, Betty is in labor" I said as I hung up and called Archie, "is Veronica with you?" I asked rushed. "Yes, why" Archie asked, "Betty is in labor, we are at Riverdale general" I said before hanging up the phone. "Okay Betty on the count of 3 push, 1..2...3" Dr. Deiman said as Betty gripped my hand so tight I began to lose feeling. "Okay you can stop" she said as I kissed Betty's forehead. "You are doing great" I said as I squeezed her hand.
"We're here Betty" Alice said as she, My dad, Archie, and Veronica busted into the room about 3 hours after we got there. "Oh there's the head, look at that head full of hair" Alice said as my dad came and patted me on the shoulder. "You're doing great Betty" Archie said as he and my dad went to the waiting area. "You're so close Betty, I need you to push again" Dr. Deiman said as I felt Betty's grip tighten once more before it released again. "This is the last push Betty, you are so close to meeting your little girl" Alice said as she kissed her daughter's forehead.
2 hours later.
"I'm so proud of you" I said as Betty pushed for the final time and the sweet cries of Salem Ivy filled the room.
Betty's p.o.v.
"I did it Jughead, I did it" I said as I sobbed out. "I know and I am so fucking proud of you" Jughead said as he gave me a kiss and they sat my daughter on me. "Hi, I'm your mommy" I said as I kissed her head. "And I'm your daddy" Jughead said as he let her wrap her hand around his finger. "You are the sweetest little girl" mom said as she looked at Salem. "What's her name" mom asked us. "Her name is Salem Ivy Jones" Jughead answered. "Welcome to the Cooper family sweet Salem, I'm your Nana" mom said as she introduced herself.
5 days later.
Jughead's p.o.v.
"I will love you forever Salem, out of all the things I've created, you are by far my greatest" I said as I held our daughter. "You are all ready to go, enjoy being a family of 3" a nurse said as she helped Betty into a wheelchair before handing her Salem. "Are you ready to see your new home Salem" Betty asked as we were wheeled out of the hospital and towards Betty's car. "Everyone is excited to meet you" Betty said as she fastened our daughter into the seat. Before getting into the passenger seat. "Ready to head home? I asked as I started the car and pulled out.
At the Jones trailer
Betty's p.o.v.
"This is your living room where we will watch tv as a family and this is mommy and daddy's room where your siblings will be made" Jughead said with a smile. "Jughead seriously, don't listen to your daddy" I said as I kissed our daughter's nose. "And this is your room" I said as he laid Salem down into the crib. I felt my phone ringing in my pocket and I answered it. "Are you guys home yet!?!?" Veronica squealed into the phone. "Yes, Vee" I said with a laugh, "I'm headed over" Veronica said. "Head to the white wyrm, we are gonna have everyone meet her" I said as I began to pack a diaper bag.
