At the McDonough's House

Connors POV
I had talked to my dad like I said I was going to, finally. it was about sierra. but it happened before I even talked to him. I waited a little to long. i told him about it this morning and then it happened yesterday.

Jo Poe 1 POV
I walked up to the door feeling better and not limping but trying to cure pain either way. Craig and Kenny were out. ryland had visited and was with savanna. nj and Betzy were out getting some more stuff for tonight aka water.
I knocked,
"Heyyyy." connor let me in.

"Well, hello there." Joan says

"Hey." I say connor rubbed my back and I slightly moved because it hurt.

"Sorry." connor whispered, and stopped running my back

Toby and riley come downstairs, "sup sister?" Riley says waving going to the kitchen with toby and I'm assuming mark was in there.

"How is it going?" Joan ask as we sit on the couch. connor said he'd be right back. He seemed to feel back, I didn't mind. He didn't need to be right on me all the time. oh well.

"It's going, I love it here in florida, I've always wanted to come here."

"Florida is a great place. how bout tour?" She meant concerts

"It's going great, the guys crashed one of them. connor stopped by yesterday. I got hurt yesterday but yea it's fun, get to do something I love and have a good experience."

"Awe that's good but it's not, are you ok?" Joan laughed a little and I did too.

"Yea I'm fine, you might have seen connor touch my back and I moved, I bruised it pretty bad, and then my ankle, I'm walking on it but it hurts."

"Awe sweety if you need anything just let me know."

"Do you wanna go out back with the guys? I think they went out there." Joan ask stating everyone else was out there.

"Um...if you want. I'm good either way."

"I'll do what you say." Joan was happy

"Since you offered, I'll go."

"You're so sweet and nice, I can totally see why connor wants you bad."

We were laughing Joan helped me walk outside, my ankle had somehow managed to get worse sitting down. me and Joan sat on the bench as mark, connor, riley, and Toby played some football. toby in the pool blow up bubble. "ITS NOT FUNNY! GET ME OUT!" Toby was yelling as the guys laughed at him because he kept falling. Joan was laughing at the full thing. "Boyyyys." Joan says shaking her head

I laughed

"You have a show tonight right?" She ask

"Yes, I have to leave in about an hour for soundcheck."

"Oh ok."

Toby was still yelling. everyone was doing there thing. Joan was watching then went back inside. i unzipped the bubble and let toby out. "THANK YOU!" He hugged me, "gentle." connor says
"I'm ok." he didn't squeeze me...

I had to get ready and leave. "you guys are heading off to LA tomorrow right?" I ask them mark stands next to me.
"For a couple days, yes." riley says

I had to leave, I hugged them. they gave soft hugs. connor kissed my cheek and walked me to the front door. "do you want me to drive you home?" Mark says, "I know you walk but you're gonna be in so much more pain."

"If you could, please?" I was happy he offered but felt bad saying yes the same as if I said no.

"Thanks for helping me out and stuff." I tell mark as we are in the car.

"Oh, girl, it's not a problem. I'll do anything for you or even your sister. connor especially, and the guys say a lot about you and her. but it's a good thing, they say you guys are just different out of all the girls they've ever met as friends or girl friends."

"Awe no...haha. they're good guys. more mature...at least sometimes. I have some guy friends I don't see anymore because of the music career but like our drummer and photographer can be very immature."

"Awe. you guys just match perfectly." He says
I gave him more directions to the house, "so this is where you stay when you come down?"

"Yes" I say

A few minutes of silence until mark says,
"Well, I hope to see you again. tell your sister we missed her and hope to see her. and also connor loves you." I thought it was hard for a dad to even say that about there son liking a daughter.

The night went on.
