Nicks pov
I was so stressed about finals coming up. I have to pass. I was thinking about it a little too much and I started breathing heavier and heavier. My phone kept going off but I was breathing so loud I couldn't hear it. There were tears streaming down my face and I was at the point where I couldn't breath.

Charlis pov

Where is he? We had a date an hour ago. I texted him multiple times but no response. I found it a little weird because Nick always replies fast. I decided to call his mum.

*Ring..Ring*

Nicks mum: Hello?

Me: Hey I know you're out of town so is it okay if I head over to your house to hang out with Nick? He isn't responding toy texts and Im a little bit worried.

Nicks mum: Of course! Text me and let me know he is okay.

Me: Ok I will. Thank you. Bye.

Nicks mum: Bye sweetheart.

And with that I hung up and walked to Nicks house.

Nicks pov

I was sobbing now. I couldn't breath. I was panicking when heard a knock at my door but I didn't get up. 3 minutes later my door opened and there stood Charlie. The it hit me. We had a date an hour ago.

I kept breathing heavy and I couldn't stop crying. Apparently Charlie knew what to do because he went downstairs and came back with some water and started to try and calm me down. Heh, he was using the technique I used on him.

Charlie pov
I knocked on the door no response. I eventually just went inside to and heard loud sobs. I went to Nicks room to see him sitting there sobbing. He was having a panic attack. I knew what they looked and felt like. I have them quite often but I knew how to helo him.

I went downstairs and got a glass of water and brought it up to him.

"Nick, breath. Just try and breath. In through the mouth out through the nose." He did  as I said.

"Ok what are five things you can see?"

"Y-you, my bed, my window, my TV, and my night stand."

"Good, four things you can feel?"

"Your hands, my floor, your hair, and the glass of water."

"Good, three things you can hear?"

"Your voice, Nellies breathing, and my voice."

"Great, two things you can smell?"

He seemed to calm down some and talk more clearly.

"Fresh grass and my cologne."

"Yes, and one thing you can tase?"

With that Nick kisses Charlie for a good 20 seconds.

"You."

Nicks pov

I calmed down when I kissed Charlie. I don't know why but Charlie helps so much.

"Are you ok now?"

"Yeah, I think. Im so sorry I didnt show up to our date."

"Its ok baby. Don't say sorry. You had a panic attack and you shouldn't apologize for that."

"Thank you Char. I love you."

"I love you too. Lets just cuddle."

"Ok."
