Even though Bakugo seems to show that he tolerates having Denki around, I just don't think a full blown romantic relationship with Denki would be what he would want. If Bakugo was to have a relationship, I believe that he would be looking for someone that he thinks matches his skill set, and I don't think Denki would be his first choice.
