This would defiantly throw a spanner into the works of the League. If theories are correct and Dabi is canonly revealed to be a Todoroki (As I said earlier; I'm not that far into the anime/manga so I'm not sure if he is canonly a Todoroki), it would make sense as Hawks and Touya were very close friends when they were younger. And plus; this would defiantly spark some conflict between Hawks and Endeavour as well as the other heroes.
