Kirari staggered back to hear the words from her wife. The Momobami clan head could only stare at her wife in shock.

"You w-what?"

"We're done, Kirari. I had enough." Y/N merely tells her wife.

"Y/N, you don't know what you are doing..." Kirari attempted to argue.

"I know what i am doing, Kirari." Anger was radiating from the Moon heiress's eyes. "Tell me, you're being nice to me in order to keep your position as the clan head right?"

Kirari Momobami fell silent.

"So its true then." Y/N remarks. "I was just your toy, someone who can satisfy your sexual needs. I'm tired of being used, Kirari."

"Y/N-"

"It doesn't matter!" Y/N yelled. "Get out of my sight, Momobami! Do you know how hard was it?"

"It was hard for me too." A tear had fallen from Kirari's left eye. "I had to make sure i win or else-"

"Whether you win or not, i am on the receiving end of the current!" Y/N bursts out. "Y-You don't even care about me."

"Buin-"

"Get out!" Y/N yells out. Kirari Momobami staggered back as the Moon heiress broke down crying. "I said get out! I hate you, Kirari!"

The Moon heiress ripped her IV out resulting to blood splattering on the floor. For a moment, Kirari wanted to help her yet she stood silent as not to anger her wife further.

"What the hell?! Y/N!"

Kirari spun around and saw Sachiko entering the hospital room. The blonde woman spared her a glance and it was enough for Sachiko which Momobami twin was standing right in front of her.

"Kirari-"

"I know. I'll leave." Kirari cuts the blonde woman off. "H-Her IV, she pulled it out of rage."

For a moment, Sachiko had spared her a glance in pity. She could clearly see that the Momobami clanhead was trying to fight back the tears that were threatened to fall.

"I hate her!" Y/N wailed. "I can't forgive her! For attempting to sacrifice me for her mistress!"

----------

"Y-You don't even care about me."

Kirari could only toss and turn in her gigantic bed. It did not help that the other side felt cold as Y/N was not beside her.

Her days lying in her bed felt like eternity, longing to see Y/N's face. The Momobami clan head waw sorry her wife felt that way.

Was it my fault you stayed away? Kirari thought.

If only if Kirari could take them back. If only someone had only the power to give her that. One more day to get to say 'i love you' in replace for the nasty things she told her wife.

Then maybe Y/N would not have hated her.

"Ririka? I thought you were out with Mary?" A confused Y/N asks a disguised Kirari.

"Mary cancelled last minute, she told me she needed to study a science quiz she flunked." Kirari said, skillfully imitating her sister.

Ririka would not be back until tomorrow morning and her older twin had no idea that Kirari was posing as her.

The storm outside ranged further. Kirari took note of the luggage right next to the Moon heiress. "Your flight is canceled?"

"Uhuh. Something about flying on a dangerous weather."Y/N said quietly.

Kirari had thought of various reasons of what day was it and it hit her. It was the Moon heiress' birthday. She mentally kicked herself for forgetting such an event.

"Hey quit sulking!" Kirari grabs her. "Lets go to the kitchen."

"Huh, what?"

"I want to eat cake." Kirari asks, whining like how Ririka usually does. Once getting Y/N distracted, Kirari had pulled out a cupcake with a candle on top.

"Happy birthday, Y/N"

Y/N Moon looks at her with tears welling up in her eyes. Kirari could have sworn that Y/N was growing sentimental at that moment.

"You didn't have to, Ririka."Y/N said as she engulfed a disguised Kirari in a hug." You're the best sister in law ever!"

"I'm your only sister in law, Y/N." Kirari argues.

"It doesn't matter, you're still my favorite."

Kirari had wished that the two could have chosen their own will, instead of being forced to marry one another. Ririka earning the title of Y/N's favorite sister in law was partially because of all the moments Kirari spent with her under the guise of her twin sister.

If only if i was not Kirari Momobami, who had to shoulder all the burden of being the clan head, maybe i would have given you a chance, Kirari told herself, wallowing in her own thoughts.

"Y-You don't even care about me."

She was wrong. Kirari Momobami had cared about Y/N in so many ways she had not been able to witness everything.

Kirari had come home to see Y/N asleep on the couch. The Momobami clan head had told her twin sister that she would be running late because she was taking Sayaka out on dinner.

"Lady Kirari." the butler greeted.

"How long has she been here?" Kirari inquired.

"Miss Y/N was here for a few hours already. She refused to eat dinner with Lady Ririka as she made it clear she was waiting for you."

Kirari's eyes scanned Y/N's figure who was huddled up in the couch. The Moon heiress's knees was pressed to her chest. "She's shivering! Why did no one bother to give her a blanket!"

The Momobami clanhead slowly picked up her wife and carried her to Y/N's room. She could feel Y/n's chest slowly rising and falling.

"Rari?" Y/N groans as the platinum haired president gently placed her down the bed.

"I told you that i would be home late, why bother waiting?"

"I-I wanted to eat dinner with you,"

Speaking of dinner, Y/N's stomach rumbled. The Momobami clanhead sighed and called to bring them dinner. Despite having dinner already, Kirari had dined with her wife.

She had let herself be close to Y/N once, knowing that the Moon heiress would probably forget it tomorrow.

The memories of the past seemed to have caught up to her. Kirari could only stare at the ceiling, Y/N's words lingering in her head once more.

"Y-You don't even care about me."

It was not true.

Sachiko had gotten out of the room to see Kirari patiently waiting at the corner. The Juraku heiress made her way towards the student council president.

It was early in the morning as Kirari was in her uniform. She vividly remembered that she had kicked Kirari out of the room last night.

"I only came to remind you of some things about Y/N. I know you forbade me to see her however i do hope you'll take care of her." Kirari said quietly.

The Juraku heiress nodded and Kirari Momobami proceeded to narrate a long list of Y/N's mannerisms and what she liked or disliked.

Sachiko Juraku could only look at the Momobami clanhead and scoff." And you said you don't even care about her." she grumbled.

What made it more painful for Kirari is that Y/N had not realized that she was loved after all and thought it was only Sachiko Juraku who cared about her. Deprived of love from her wife, Y/N would have turned to the blonde woman in search for love.

Kirari had definitely loved her, yet only from afar.

I don't deserve you, Kirari thought.
