Terano Totobami, clad in her signature wheelchair, wheeled herself closer to Y/N, her gaze piercing and calculating. Despite her physical limitations, there was an air of authority and power that surrounded her, a testament to her position within the Momobami clan.

"You look unwell," Terano remarked, her voice cold and devoid of emotion as she studied Y/N with keen interest.

Y/N's response was sharp, her tone laced with bitterness and resentment. "I didn't expect that someone who nearly drowned me to death would be actually concerned after all."

Terano's lips curled into a faint smirk at Y/N's words, unfazed by the hostility in her tone. "Ah, but you survived, didn't you? And now here you are, still standing. Impressive, considering the circumstances."

Y/N scoffed, her frustration evident as she made to leave, but Terano's next words stopped her in her tracks.

"Despite holding one of the highest positions as a Momobami wife, you were an easy target," Terano stated matter-of-factly, her gaze never wavering from Y/N's face.

Y/N bristled at the implication, her hands curling into fists at her sides. "Are you insulting me, Terano?"

Terano's chuckle echoed in the empty corridor, sending a chill down Y/N's spine. "Insulting? No, my dear Y/N. Merely stating the facts. In this world of power and deception, trust is a luxury few can afford."

Y/N's eyes narrowed, a mixture of anger and defiance burning within them. "And what about you, Terano? Are you any different from the rest of them?"

Terano's expression darkened for a moment, a hint of something unreadable flickering across her features before she regained her composure. "We all play our part in this game, Y/N. Some more ruthlessly than others."

With those words, Terano wheeled herself away, leaving Y/N to ponder the unsettling encounter. As she watched Terano disappear around the corner, Y/N couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to Terano than met the eye, and that crossing paths with her would have consequences far beyond what she could imagine.

"Moon-san !"

Y/N had not expected a bone crushing hug from Yumeko Jabami herself. The raven haired gambler clung to her like a moth to a flame.

"Yah, where have you been?" Mary Saotome asks.

"Just dealing with a lot of things currently. The elections, things at home and you know..."

"Fishy bitch gives you a hard time?" Mary asks.

The Moon heiress could only chuckle. "More like mixed signals..." she grumbled.

"Moon-san, let's eat a lot of cake! The cafeteria upgraded it's menu and i would like to try all of it!"

"Eh?!!!" Saotome shrieks. "Thats basically a whole ass menu? And you want to eat it all?"

Well, 15 minutes later, Yumeko and Y/N were helping themselves on a huge order of sweets.

"I thought you dont like matcha?" Itsuki Sumeragi asks the Moon heiress as she quietly munched on a matcha crepe cake.

"Who said i didn't?" Y/N innocently asks in between bites of the crepe cake.

"Well the seito kaichou has an entire list of foods you like and dont like." Itsuki tells her. "It was placed on our respective desks in the council room. Matcha was on the 'dont like' list."

"Well, I'm craving for it." Y/N pouts.

"With that amount of sugar, you are certainly giving Runa a run for her money in terms of sugar rush." Sachiko states as she took a seat next to Y/N. "Too much sugar isn't good for you. Are you seriously eating the whole crepe cake for yourself?"

"Sachiiiii..." Y/N whines. "All i wanted was sweets today."

"Uh uh, no, not on my watch." Sachiko disagrees. "I am certainly not running after you while high on sugar. Your worse than Runa on a sugar rush. Don't you have an upcoming performance? All of this is harming your throat."

"Are you my friend or my manager?" Y/N pouts. "I swear you're starting to act stingy."

"Aish shibal." Sachiko curses under her breath.

"Yahhh, are you cursing me?" Y/N pouts.

"I swear, dealing with you, Y/N should be an Olympic sport."

------

Sachiko had just finished washing her hands when she heard the bathroom door swing open, and she turned to see Terano Totobami wheeling herself in. There was a glint of amusement in Terano's eyes as she looked at Sachiko, and Sachiko couldn't help but feel a sense of unease settle in the pit of her stomach.

"Totobami-san," Sachiko greeted with a polite smile, though she couldn't shake the feeling that the encounter was anything but casual.

"Hello, Juraku-san," Terano replied, her voice laced with an underlying edge. "I hope I'm not interrupting anything."

Sachiko shook her head, her smile never faltering. "Not at all. Is there something you need?"

Terano maneuvered her wheelchair closer, her gaze piercing as she studied Sachiko. "I couldn't help but notice how close you've become with Y/N lately."

Sachiko's heart skipped a beat at the mention of Y/N's name, but she maintained her composure. "Y/N is a dear friend. I'm merely offering my support during a difficult time."

Terano raised an eyebrow skeptically. "Is that so? And does Y/N know about your little... betrayal?"

Sachiko's facade remained steady, though inwardly, she felt a pang of guilt at the reminder of her deception. "I'm not sure what you're insinuating, Terano. Y/N trusts me implicitly."

Terano let out a low chuckle, the sound sending a shiver down Sachiko's spine. "Smooth as always, Juraku-san. But we both know the truth, don't we?"

Sachiko's jaw clenched slightly, but she forced herself to maintain her calm demeanor. "I'm afraid you've lost me, Totobami-san."

Terano leaned closer, her expression unreadable. "You're too sadistic, too manipulative to actually care about someone like Y/N. How can a monster like you have the ability to love?"

Sachiko's heart raced at Terano's words, a mixture of anger and frustration bubbling within her. But she refused to let it show. Instead, she tilted her head and met Terano's gaze head-on. "You underestimate me, Terano. Love comes in many forms, and I care deeply for Y/N. That much is true."

Terano's lips curled into a smirk, her eyes gleaming with satisfaction. "We'll see about that, Sachiko."

And a certain platinum haired girl happened to hear their conversation.
