A black cloud is upon hollyoaks. The village of hollyoaks has never been so sad. The person they called their little sunshine has gone. And today is their final goodbye.
Garfields POV
I wake up crying and then I remember it's not a dream. My moms gone and today's my final goodbye. I've been working on a song to sing at her funeral. I've decided to do a few different songs. The one I'm going to sing at her funeral is wind beneath my wings. It is to hard to say all those words and the song helps me describe it perfectly. The other 3 I'm going to sing after are here comes the sun, Hold back the river and something I need. They were 3 of my moms favourite songs. I'm going to make her proud today.
I slip on her favourite dress and shoes.
I leave my hair natural, like my mom used to.
I slip on a floral hair band and my special locket that aunt Mitzeee have to me.
She said it used to be my moms.
I head out of my room and grab my dad's hand. This day is gonna be tough, for the both of us.

No ones POV.
Mitzeee, Garfield and dodger hold hands and walk into the church together. Tears roll down everyone's faces as the coffin is brought in. The coffin is black with purple sequins on, just how Maxine wanted it.
First up to speak was Darren.
"Maxine was my best friend. When my relationships with both Sienna and Nancy broke down she was always there, as a shoulder to cry on. She was my little sister and I let her down where Patrick was concerned, even though I knew something could be wrong I ignored it. I'm so so sorry Max. Heavens gained a new angel and we've gained a new protector. I love you max." He said with tears running down his face.
Mitzeee met him and gave him a hug. then it was Mitzeee's turn.
"My sister was a better mother to me then my mom could ever be. She fought of the bullies. She fought of the boys. She got rid of the no good best mates. She helped me study, even though her exams mattered a lot more then mine. And most of all she loved me. One thing I can say not many people do. I hope your happy up there max, with gramps and Milly, Garfields twin." She said. Darren grabbed her hand a took her down back to her seat.
Dodgers POV.
Mitzeee's speech was so amazing. Then I knew it was my turn. I took tiny steps up to the coffin, with the ring in my hand.
"My little Max has gone and so has part of me. I was about to give her this when the machine went of." I held up the ring.
"I always knew my daddy dearest was not as nice as he made out. First he hits Maxine and rapes her and days later I found out he did it to my daughter aswell. Girls stay away from him. He's no good. He has taken away one of the most important things away from me. All I have now is the memories and believe me, thanks to him there's not many. I'm going to treasure the ones I have. I love you Max and hopefully, you, me and Garfield can live happily together one day. Please look over me from up there. Never leave my side. Max I miss you and I love you." I finished.
Garfield went up and gave me a hug. She looks exactly like Maxine. And smells like it too.

Garfield's pov
I run up and hug dad. I can't believe he was going to propose to mom. I pick up my guitar and I start to speak.
"People say I look like my mom, in fact people say they are seeing double, I can't say how much my mom has helped me so I'm gonna song it.
