You enter the doorway of the shared apartment you had with your boyfriend. The feeling of exhaustion hitting your body, making you feel sore. "Thank god it's the weekend." You thought to yourself. "Ted? I'm home." You said out loud as you slowly took your shoes off whilst looking around the living room. You didn't hear a response, so you assumed he might be in his office editing a video. After taking your jacket off and hanging it up, you walked over to the door and knocked on it lightly. You open it slowly to reveal Ted staring intently at his computer with his headphones on, working on his latest video with his friend Schlatt.

"Ted?" You say softly, he look over at you, noticing you were there finally and taking his headphones off. "Hey pumpkin, how was work?" He says getting up from his seat, enveloping you in his arms. You melted into his touch, "Exhausting as shit. I'm just glad I'm home and its the weekend." You reply lazily putting your arms around his waist. "Nawh. Are you hungry? Want any tea or coffee?" He says sweetly. "Can we order pizza or something? I'm really craving pizzeria food. And tea sounds lovely." You say snuggling into his chest as he plays with your hair.

"You got it baby. I'll get you the menu and you can tell me what you want then." He replies and places a kiss on your forehead. You both release from the hug and make your way out of the room. Ted walks into the kitchen and you sit down on the couch, feeling the relief your body needed after such a long day. Ted then makes his way over to you with the restaurant menu and hands it to you. "The tea will be about 5 or so minutes, but pick anything you want. And if we have leftovers, that just means more food for tomorrow." He says with a smile, placing another kiss ontop of your head. You chuckle lightly. "You're so good to me I swear." You say looking over at him while he leans on the kitchen island.

"Would you rather me bully you? Call you silly names like poopy-butt-mcgee?" He says with a goofy smile. "I mean it would be funny-" You said with a giggle. Ted looks at you and shakes his head with a smirk. "I love you." You say happily as Ted lifts his head back up. "I love you too." He says with a cute smile. After some chit chat back and forth about food, Ted orders the items as you sit and wait with your tea.

About 20 minutes pass and finally the delivery person shows up at the door. Ted pays them and gives them a 15 dollar tip, thanking them and closing the door. "Food time." You say slightly excited, sitting up and cleaning off the coffee table so Ted has a place to put down the food. As Ted sits down he hands you your food and lays his on the table. "I'm so hungry, my stomach has been yelling at me for the last hour." He says opening up the packaging over his food. "I haven't had anything to eat since my last break which was... Iunno a couple hours ago atleast." You say digging into your food aswell.

Both of you eat your food rather quickly seeing as you both we're starving. Shortly after eating you begin to get comfortable and cuddle up to Ted. He places his arm around your shoulders and pulls you closer to him. "Do you wanna watch anything?" He asks looking down towards you as you ponder for a moment. "We still gotta finish those Marvel movies." You tilt your head to look up at him as he lovingly kisses your nose. "Sounds good to me." He looks over at the arm of the couch to grab the Tv Remote that sat there. He switches through all the channels and lands on Disney+. You look over your shoulder and grab the blanket that laid on the back of the couch and draped it over you and Ted.

Soon enough, halfway through the movie, the exhaustion really started to hit you. You felt your eyes get heavy and as much as you fought to keep them open, you still fell asleep. Ted noticed this a couple minutes afterwards and paused the movie, taking in for a moment to look at you and admire you. He then turned the TV off and picked you up bridal style, taking you to the bedroom. "You're so cute." Ted would say quietly as to not wake you. He gently placed you down on the bed and pulled your blanket over top of you. He crawled into the bed along side you, placing his blanket over himself and cuddling up next to you. Draping his arm over your waist and his other above his head. He would play with your hair softly until he himself fell asleep.
