The rest of the ride was silent, feeling the cold air woosh by as Koko drove the bike. It was a comfortable silence, as for his bike didn't have a sissy bar, so you were clinging onto his sides to stay on the bike, but being so close to him is what made it so comfortable. As you feel the bike come to a stop, you looked around and saw the forest.
"Why are we in the forest?" You ask, confused.
"Years ago, I was being hunted by a bunch of debt collectors, and this is where I hid. I guess I came out of hiding from them too quick and some how they figured out my connection to you." Koko started rambling.
"Wait so you're telling me that those were debt collectors because you didn't pay your debts?!" You exclaim, running to be in front of him, to see his face.
"Yes and I'm so sorry that happened to you, but I want you t-" Koko says before being interrupted.
"I get that you want me safe but getting a gun held to my head because of a you problem shouldn't become my problem!" You exclaim, outraged that you nearly died for a little debt.
"Honey please calm down" Koko says calmly.
"So moving me to a cotta- wait did you just call me 'honey'?" You stumble over your words.
"That slipped out." Koko says as his cheeks become flushed.
"Back to the topic, you're moving me out to the middle of bum fuck nowhere because of a you problem!" You said sternly.
"Yes and it's for your safety, but please, atleast see the house before complaining like I'm moving you to the 9th circle of hell." Koko says, rubbing his forehead out of frustration.
"Fine." You huff as you cross your arms and continue walking down the wooden pathway. (Pictured below for those who don't understand)
"Before we get there, just so you know it's a small community of elderly folks who live out here. This place is completely self sustainable and rarely even contacts the outside world." Koko explained calmly.
"What about electricity?" You ask, worried about how the hell you are going to pass time in the middle of no where.
"Each house is hooked up with electricity, but how much is supplied is a different story. Pretty much all we have daily is enough to keep the lights on, charging your phone, and to watch a movie." Koko explained simply.
"Wait, so only enough electricity for 1 movie and a full phone charge!" You exclaim, getting more and more worried.
"Don't worry so much, the neighbors are great people and you'll love talking to them!" Koko joyfully says.
"You, one of the most introverted people I know, talked to your elderly neighbors, whom all lived in the middle of the forest." You say thoroughly.
"Yes I know such a shock." Koko replies sarcastically.
"Whatever, how far are we from the house?" You ask, bored already.
"Almost there." Koko says.
A/N I'm back bitches! My break was way too long. Hope you enjoyed the chapter! Let's just say one of you commenters put me back on the writing train.
