General
Setting: This fic takes place in a made-up season, meaning events, scores, and results of games/series are fictional. That being said, I will be using current Blue Jays players as characters and may bring up some past players, too, if it makes sense for the story. Also, the ages of the players are the same as they are this year (2022), so I guess it's kind of based on a fictional 2022 year.
Timeline: Friends Don't begins in the middle of the season, around mid- to late-June. It takes place over a couple of years (at least) and will follow the events of Bo and Jess' evolving relationship as well as Jess' friendships with the rest of the team (but mainly focusing on Bo, Jess, Cavan, and some other players like George and Santiago who she gets close with)

Religion/beliefs: Christian, but she doesn't practice much (she does still pray and stuff, but she doesn't go to Church)
Occupation: Aspiring journalist, but she works as a ball girl/support staff for the Blue Jays
Appearance: honey-brown hair that goes to her mid-back, light blue eyes, pale skin, some freckles on her cheeks and arms, mid-sized (size 12 pants, lil tummy, round ass, C-cup breasts)
