TW: Mentions of abuse and Victim Blaming

Yoongi stood and faced Jin, ignoring the fact that Namjoon was glaring at him behind the man. He didn't care right now.

"Now what the hell was that?" Yoongi asked, putting his thumbs in his pant pockets, waiting for an answer. Jin took a minute to think of what to say.

"I was just telling the truth. Jimin ignored everyone's warnings, and I was just trying to get him to forget about all the trauma that Taehyung put him through." Jin explained. Namjoon kept his mouth shut. He knew putting his two cents in wouldn't help.

Yoongi could tell.

"Jimin was being controlled. He knew Taehyung since they were kids. And not to mention that Jimin's mom died not too long after they started dating, of course he ignored everyone's warnings! He felt loved with him, and we couldn't do much to stop it." Yoongi explained, slapping his hands together as he continued. Jin scowled at him.

"Oh please, you know just as much as I do that Taehyung isn't capable of controlling anyone. Don't forget his testimony. Jimin was just as abusive." Jin added in. Yoongi shook his head.

"Yes, I know he was abusive too. I know the whole story, for fucks sake, I was involved heavily. Jimin needed help, but Taehyung is no saint."

"Don't put my brother's name in your fucking mouth, Yoongi. Taehyung has been through enough."

Namjoon opened his mouth to interrupt, but Yoongi didn't let him speak.

"So has Jimin! He almost fucking died because of their stupid ass fight. Jimin lost his whole memory, and he has a right to know about his own life, just because your brother fucked up too, doesn't mean that we have a right to hide everything." Yoongi snapped. Jin grit his teeth together. He didn't wanna argue about this.

"Yoongi, Jimin landed Taehyung in prison for 18 months. He should've also been put into mental custody. It would've been fair." Namjoon chimed in.

"You don't have a right to speak. Don't think that I haven't seen you shut down every question he has. Jimin forgot everything. He only remembers a bad dream, and he's asking for help already."

"I do have a right, he made my life hell too, and I don't want to relive it. I wanna make sure he doesn't remember. I don't wanna risk him going back to his old self."

Yoongi clenched his fists together just hearing that.

"You two make me fucking sick! How are you going to blame him for everything!? Yes, he needed help, but he's getting it! He's asking for it, and you two are refusing to give him a second chance!"

Jin looked to the floor and stayed quiet. Namjoon held onto Jin's shoulder for support.

"If you two refuse to help the way you're already doing, Jimin might go back to that abusive mindset. He might even try to see Taehyung again. And I know you guys don't want that."

The three of them stood in silence after that. Jin knew that Yoongi was right. Hell, he never missed the mark. But Jin just couldn't bring himself to forgive Jimin for the shit he used to do.

For ruining a lot of things for the seven of them. And now that he got amnesia, he just has to suddenly put his feelings away because he doesn't fucking remember?

This was hell on earth for him.

"Jimin acted like he was always a victim with us. And you always defended him, especially once he started dating Taehyung. So tell me, Yoongi. If he were to ever regain his memories, would you keep defending him?"
