Hoseok got in his car and let out a long sigh. He had worked for about nine hours, and due to this, he just wanted to drink a vodka cranberry when he got home.

As he was about to drive, he got a phone call. He furrowed his eyebrows. It was Jungkook.

He put it on speaker.

"What's up? You usually don't call me." Hoseok yawned. He quickly changed his tone when he noticed that Jungkook was panicked.

"Hoseok, he's dead." Jungkook quietly freaked.

"Jungkook, take a breather, who?" Hoseok asked. Jungkook took deep breaths and then finally told him.

"Hammer is fucking dead, Hoseok. He was shot in the head."

Hoseok widened his eyes. He immediately started driving. Hammer was dead?

"Does anyone else know about this?" Hoseok whispered.

"Uh, no, it's not being broadcasted, it's only like a small text on the official police station website." Jungkook replied.

Hoseok felt a sigh of relief escape his mouth. Good.

"Okay, I'm gonna be home in ten minutes, make sure no one finds out about Hammer. We need to tell Yoongi when he gets back too."

Jungkook agreed and hung up.

Hoseok felt a small panic running through his veins. Taehyung in the past was a relatively normal person, up until he started becoming abusive. Or at least, until he showed that side of him.

But could it be possible that he had Hammer killed? Did he see past the act?

No, no that couldn't be possible. Could it?

Hoseok sighed deeply. Why was this always such a mess? Why did the three of them even agree to have someone watch Taehyung anyway? The government offered it and they really could've said no.

As he parked his car in the driveway, he finally realized that this was the time to be calm. He couldn't freak out in front of everyone, or else he would be treated like shit again.

He wondered when this bullshit would finally be over.

. . . . . . . .

Jimin sat in the car silently. His head was pounding. He was having the worst headache known to man, but he felt that if he said it out loud, it might reveal about his memory recovery.

Jin was content. Hearing that Jimin supposedly didn't regain memories seemed to do the trick for him.

Jimin closed his eyes and felt some relief in the memories.

How could Taehyung be a terrible person when these memories told him otherwise?

He stared out the window and felt his vision shift.

The city highway changed into a grassy plain. The car wasn't the same either.

The music was older too. It felt like a dream.

"You okay, babe?" Taehyung asked. Jimin turned to him.

"Yeah, I'm okay. I'm just thinking about why my dad acted like that." Jimin replied.

Why did he reply like that? Was this a memory and was he reliving it?

When he looked to Taehyung, the man seemed troubled.

"Your dad doesn't like me, that's why."

Jimin scoffed.

"Well, he's an idiot too. He's nothing but a sad, jealous drunk. I don't care if he likes you or not."
