As Sam checked in to yet another cheap hotel, Dean was on the phone with Bobby, trying to figure out what kind of monster skins someone.
"It seems like we're dealing with a Rugaru." Bobby announced over the phone.
"We haven't seen one of those in, like, a year." Dean stated, remembering all that happened with Jack Montgomery.
"Then you know how to deal with it."
"I mean, yeah. Light the bitch up." Dean informed. "But, Bobby, these victims weren't like the bodies we saw in Carthage. There were no bite marks. It's like someone took their time to tear skin from flesh."
"Well, maybe it didn't wanna leave any food wasted?" He inquired.
"I dunno. We'll keep digging." And with that, Dean hung up and open the computer.
"Hey. Got anything?" Sam asked as he entered the hotel room.
Dean started typing up something on the computer. "Uh, yeah. Bobby thinks it's a Rugaru."
"Oh, like Carthage?" Sam asked, to which Dean nodded. "Then what are you looking up?"
Dean smiled and turned the computer to face Sam. On it read, 'Flash Day: 2nd Anniversary!'
Sam scoffed at his brother. "That's why you wanted to come here?"
"Yup." Dean said, still smiling.
"Whatever. Look, a new body was found. I'm gonna go check it out. You coming?"
Dean sighed as he closed the laptop and went to find his suit to play off as an FBI agent.

"Again? Where's Allen?" Captain Singh looked around very disappointedly for his CSI.
Barry ran through the yellow tape and straight to his captain.
"Sorry I'm late, sir. I was at Jitters when I got the call, then I had to head back to the station-"
Singh cut Barry off. "Please just get to work, Mr. Allen."
"Yes, of course, sir." Barry quickly walked towards the body and started to observe it.
Two men walked up to the yellow tape before being stopped by two officers. They quickly flashed their badges and were let through.
They were stopped again by Captain Singh. "Who are you two, exactly?"
The boys pulled their badges out once again for the captain. "I'm Agent Jones, this is Agent Johnson." Dean lied.
"And just who sent you?"
Sam pulled a card out that had one of Bobby's numbers on it, only the card didn't have his name and had FBI in big letters.
"You can call, if you want. We're just here to observe." Sam said politely.
Captain Singh took the card and made a mental note to call later before letting the two go.
Barry was taking samples of the victim when Sam and Dean came up and kneeled over the body.
"Um, who are you?" Barry asked confusedly.
This is getting old, Sam thought.
They showed their badges once again.
"Oh."
A man dressed in a suit similar to Dean's came over to the three.
"Hey, you two must be the FBI guys? Detective Joe West. I'm the head of the case." The man shook their hands before turning to the CSI. "What you got, Barry?"
"Um, well the MO is the same as the other two victims. Skinned with a blade, it seems. Most likely alive when they did it." Barry looked up to see if they were still paying attention. "See this? Blunt force trauma to the head. My guess is whoever's doing this is sneaking up on random people."
"That'd explain why the vic's have nothing in common. Dude's just pickin' them off the street." Dean pointed out.
"Yeah, which makes him that much harder to find." Sam said, mostly to himself.
After exchanging a few case details and numbers with Detective West, the Winchester boys went to interview some of the victim's family members.
"Anything seem off about those two to you?" Joe asked Barry as they watched the supposed FBI guys walk away.
"I dunno. Never really met enough federal agents to know." Barry commented sarcastically.
Joe gave him a look. "So, do you know if The Flash found anything?" He whispered.
"No. I looked all around the city all night. I couldn't find one speck of blood that belonged to the victim's. And there was no Dark Matter at the crime scenes" Barry sighed in defeat. "Even CSI me can't find anything. The cameras around the crime scenes were blacked out when the bodies were dropped off."
"Well, maybe with the extra help, we can get this case shut." Joe said, nodding to where the Winchesters walked off.
