Chapter 7.5 - His prize

Dazai pov
As I am about to thank Gogol from saving me even in the dumbest way I hear the sounds of explosives. The weight of the van falls towards the back while the screeching of two tires become louder. The van jolts up and the screeching of the wheels fade out. They are now rolling down the road crashing into a nearby tree. I turn around to look outside the window and to my surprise
I see two figures chasing after the van. Both light up with a glowing red aura. The scarlet bonding them together, attacking the van strike after strike. I turn around to sit back in my chair when I realise. THATS AKUTAGAWA AND CHUUYA! A smirk crawls up my face. I chuckle as Fyodor starts to panic.
"Gogol you know what to do." He sighs
"Hehehehehheheheh." The clown says grabbing my arm
But before he can take me I feel a warm masculine hand pull on my other arm. His long shinny orange hair brushes against my shoulder. I can tell his is tired but he isn't going to give up without obtaining his 'prize'.
"Chuuya." I whisper
"I'm sorry Dazai. I didn't realise," He replies staring into the clowns eyes.
"HAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAH WHAT A REUNION THIS IS!!!!" Gogol hysterically laughs
"Huh?" Chuuya questions
"Your the guy at the casino aswell. I remember cause of ur orange hair and also btw Sigma wanted to ask u to be his side boo 😘." He continues
To busy in his awkward conversation the clown is forgetting about one thing. Akutagawa. Just as I am about to speak Akutgawa wraps his skill around me and pulls me towards him. I'm finally away from my maniac classmate. Akutagawa releases me from the grip of his skill and we dash leaving the red head behind.

A few minutes pass and Akutagawa and I are still running from the man who kidnapped me.
"Are you alright Dazai. *cough cough*." My roommate asks.
"Yeah I'm fine," I reply "Wait how did you know where I was."
"Uh well you see. He kind of locked me in a closet and stole my key," he adds "I mean it was a wooden door and it wasn't hard to get out of. *cough cough*."
"Hahah true," I smile "But what about Chuuya why'd he come and speaking of him why isn't he back yet."
"He was worried about you. *cough cough*," Akutgawa says with a sincere look. "And he's right there."
Jumping down a building onto the floor next to me it a short man who starts to run keeping up with our speed.
"CHUUYA!" I let out. Clasping my hands over my mouth. I probably shouldn't have screamed that loud.
"Oh so your excited to see me now," He teases "Oh, but don't you have to 'get going'."
I pull his arm as I know he is mocking me.
"Shut up bitch." I joke
"Can you two actually stop flirting for once. *cough cough*," Akutgawa banters "Anyway I gotta go, I promised Gin I would hang out. *cough cough*."
"Thanks for today I owe you one." I wink
"Will you take me to the beach tomorrow." His smile widens.
"Sure, if that's what you want." I say
"Wait actually." His jaw dropped in shock.
"Why not." I add.
"Done! Tomorrow and 12:00pm we will go to the beach." Akutagawa says while running the other way.
"Cya." Both me and Chuuya say in sync

With just us two left, silence fills the air.
"So-" I say but am interrupted by a slight tug on my sleeve.
"Chuuya." I mumble
"Can I come. Tomorrow I mean." He says shyly
"Of course." Just as I reply rain comes falling down.
Chuuya covers me with his coat and we run to nearby shelter. We sit down on the bus stop bench and I cuddle into him as I am shivering.
"Your so cute." Chuuya's radiant smile reflects down into my eyes.
"If you want you can come back to my place and dry off." He says.

Authors Notes
I'm sorry if the end but was boring because I felt like I had to explain everything and like yeah. Also chapter 8 has to be beach episode so this chapter was kind of rushed.
