DISORDER HAS NEVER been part of Yoojin's life even before he dipped himself in the waters of crimes and illegalities. In fact, he could never imagine himself being one with it, having the tiniest bit of chaos in the corner of his perfect life. If there was even the faintest sign of disruption to his perfect routine, he purged it without hesitation. Anything that was a hindrance to success should never be paid heed to.
Yet how come out of all people he had to date, it was the most chaotic person there is to exist? It wasn't even an exaggeration at this point, Yoojin could find himself being thrown out of his perfect routine in a blink of an eye whenever his delinquent of a boyfriend was with him.
Did it irritate him? Not to the point that he'll break up with his precious boyfriend. Does he find it amusing? Of course he did, he was smitten with everything his boyfriend does, it was either adorable or life-threatening, either way he'd still watch him do it.
So here he was now, in the most casual clothing he could find in his closet, looking for his boyfriend in the dark streets of Seoul in the middle of the night, nothing but his wallet, a flashlight, and his phone in his hands. He has been dialling the male's number for the past twenty minutes, and the results were more than fruitless.
Just an hour ago, he received a call from his boyfriend that he was being chased by several drag queens, and without any further explanations, he hang up on him. Yoojin knew there was really no use to have the Workers deal with his boyfriend, especially since he suspiciously disappears from the face of the earth if they were looking for him, but would show up in the middle of nowhere if it was Yoojin.
After what seemed like hours, [M.Name] finally answered his call, Yoojin felt both relieved and annoyed at this but chose not to scold him, he'll just be doing that once they get back home.
"Yoojinie, my handsome boyfriend!" He heard the male slur from the other line, the said male huffed but gave in, responding how he usually responds whenever he gets called that, "[Nickname], my baby boy."
He could clearly hear his boyfriend giggling maniacally on the other side, then a car tire screeching afterwards. If it weren't for the fact that he knew that his boyfriend could fight exceptionally well then he would've felt his heart drop out of his ass, he thanked the heavens above that this man was the equivalent of a freshly sprung demon from hell, fighting a man like that will always be a surprise and it never ends up good for the opponent.
"Come here, you little bitch!" An unknown voice rang through Yoojin's phone, then came the heavy yet excited - he could clearly tell that - panting from his boyfriend who was possibly running away from the man, he could bet a million dollars that [M.Name] was showing the man that was chasing him his middle finger, a taunting smirk on his lips.
"Catch me if you can, bald fucker!" [M.Name] laughed hysterically, Yoojin was tempted to roll his eyes at his boyfriend's unpredictability but decided against it, searching for him through these dimly lit alleys were a better option.
It took Yoojin a good half hour to finally find his boyfriend, extremely relieved that he barely has a scratch on him. By barely it means he has a bloody nose, a bruised cheek, and looks extremely disheveled - and that's only the mildest outcome whenever [M.Name] got beat up. Usually, it was the other way around, he'd find his boyfriend surrounded by bodies, wrapping his scraped knuckles with a white cloth as he sat on bodies piled on top of each other.
"Yoojinie!" [M.Name] whined from the sidewalk, pouting up at the aforementioned male and stretching his arms, Yoojin felt his heart melt at the sight - despite the other being covered in blood and looked unruly.
Yoojin knelt in front of him, taking out his handkerchief and wiping away most of the blood on the younger's face, letting his hand rest on his cheek for a little bit longer. There wasn't any major damages to his face but his bleeding nose did scare him for a bit, "Are you fine now?" He asked the younger.
"Can we get sushi before going home?" [M.Name] asked as he leaned against the other's touch, Yoojin smiled a bit, pressing a light kiss on his forehead before pulling him up with him, "Of course. Let's go now before the man who beat you up comes back."
"Do you want to go home now, baby?" Yoojin squeezed the other's hand as they walked along the busier and brighter streets of Seoul, he felt him return the squeeze twice and tightened his hold on his hand, "Yes, please."
There weren't any more exchanges from there, just the silent squeezing of each other's hand, the comfort of one another's silence and warmth. Yoojin found himself stealing glances at his boyfriend, who was looking up at the stars as they walked back home. A soft smile was on his lips, and it increased tenfold once his boyfriend looked back at him, eyes sparkling brighter than the stars above them.
"I love you." Yoojin whispered, and with the same hushed tone and love in his voice, [M.Name] replied back, "I'll kill for you."
