Prince Andrew
"I want to know what your world is like," I said as she sat next to me, "Could you tell me more about it?"
"We could just go there sometime," She said, then she cringed.
"Could we go there now? I would really like to see where you live," I said.
"I don't remember what the spell is for us to get there," She muttered under her breath.
"Why don't we just take the carriage you came here in?" I asked.
"Well yea, we could do that. But, we'd be in the carriage for about two hours," She said. It seems like she doesn't really want to go and she's just making excuses for why we can't go. I thought.
"Do you want to go?" I asked. I'll bet she'll say no. I thought.
"Yes! I love my homeland, but I also don't want to go," She said as she fiddled with her hands and hair.
"Are you scared of something there?" I asked her.
She opened her mouth to speak, then she turned away and said nothing.
"If you don't want to go, that's fine," I said.
"It's just... There's too many butterflies there," She said as she looked down at the ground and messed with her hair.
"Oh... Well, I'll be there to protect you from them," I said, then I realized how cheesy it sounded. I scratched the back of my head for embarrassment.
"I just want to stay here and talk," She said.
"What do you want to talk about?" I asked.
"You haven't told me anything about yourself," She said.
"What do you want to know?" I asked.
"Your greatest fear," She said.
"I don't have a fear of anything," I lied as I tried to act manly. She looked at me as if she knew that I was lying. "I'm telling the truth," I lied.
"No one is afraid of nothing. That's not possible," She said.
I turned away and remained silent.
"Come on. Please, won't you tell me?" She asked. I looked at her face and her eyes were so big and beautiful.
I smiled and flirted, "I have a fear of disappointing you,"
"You disappointed me yesterday," She said, looking down in sadness. Not the reaction I wanted. I thought.
I put a hand on her shoulder and said, "I know and I'm sorry. I shouldn't have put you in that situation. I'm sorry, Princess Margaret,"
"Thank you for saying sorry," She said, then she smiled at me, slightly. Her smile is so sweet. I thought. "Are you going to keep staring at me or what?" She asked.
I suddenly got out of my trance and said, "Sorry. It's just... your smile. It's just... so mesmerizing," Then, I had a few seconds of dread after I said that. Did I really just say that? I can't believe those words just came out of my mouth. I thought.
She smiled and laughed, then she said, "Why, thank you. That's so nice of you to say,"
"You're welcome," I said, then I nervously laughed and played around with the cuffs on my jacket.
There was silence for a little bit until she said, "I would like to kiss you again,"
I looked at her face and her cheeks were bright red. "But, your religion," I said.
