Prince Andrew

"That may be true, but I want to be safe," Father said, "Why don't you two spar or shoot your bows?"

"But..." She started to say.

"Yes, Father," I said, then I pushed Princess Margaret in the direction of the archery range.

Once we were out of the view of everyone, Princess Margaret pushed me away and asked, "Why did you just say yes to him?! Don't you want to see who just shot me?!" She was annoyed and angry. She crossed her arms and looked away from me.

I touched her right cheek with my hand and said, "Yes, of course, I want to see who shot you,"

"Then, why not protest with me?!" Princess Margaret asked, frustrated.

"I know that my father will allow us to see the assassin," I said.

"But when?!" Princess Margaret asked.

"In his own time. We just need to be patient," I said. I tried to remain so calm for her.

"How are you so calm?" Princess Margaret asked. I could tell that she was a little annoyed.

"I know that my father will take care of everything," I lied. He wouldn't listen to us. I thought.

"Why aren't you angry?" Princess Margaret asked, "I'm so annoyed that you're not angry at all!"

"I am angry," I said. I imagined myself punching the assassin in the face over and over again. It doesn't matter that the assassin is a girl.

"Liar," Princess Margaret said, under her breath. She crossed her arms.

"I'm telling you the truth. If I could, I would kiss you," I said as I brought my face closer to hers. My foreheads almost touched.

"We can't kiss," Princess Margaret said, "But, you seem like you don't care at all that I got hurt,"

"But, I am. I'm so angry that you got hurt and I couldn't do anything about it," I said, then I pulled her into a hug, "But, I'm glad you're still here with me," I could feel her snuggle her face into my chest.

I stopped hugging her and said with a smile on my face, "Now, do you want to fight me with two of my swords?"

She smiled and said, "Yes!" I took her hand. At least she's feeling much happier now. I thought. I led her to my room. "Where are you going?" She asked.

"I'm going to get two swords for us," I said, then I stopped before my bedroom door. I let go of her arm and opened the door.

"Shouldn't you not be bringing me to your bedroom?" She playfully asked.

"You've already been in my room so I don't think it really matters," I said, then I turned around and winked at her. Her arms were folded and there was a smile on her face. She started to giggle. I should make her laugh even more. I thought. I hit her with finger guns and stuck my tongue out playfully. She laughed so hard. She wrapped her arms around her gut as she laughed and snorted uncontrollably. Yes! I thought as I smiled at her, I made her laugh. Man, I love her laugh. "Let's get the swords and get out of here before it gets even later," I said.

"I agree," Princess Margaret said when she finished up laughing. We went into my room and walked over to the rack of swords hanging on the wall.

"You pick one first," I said as I gestured to the swords.

"Okay... I'll go for... this one," She picked up Maximize Speed. It immediately fell to the ground when she removed it from the rack. She struggled to lift it up, then she stumbled backwards. I was able to catch her when she fell. She looked up at me. "What?" Princess Margaret asked, "Why are you looking at me like that?" Her hair was soft, like a cat's fur.
