Ponk walked over to Sam and foolish who were on the couch watching ⏃ movie. When Ponk got to them he grabbed the remote and shut the TV off. "Why'd you do that?"Foolish asked looking at him. "I'm going to show you something! So come on!"Ponk said grabbing there(Sam and foolish) hand and pulled the two to the backyard. "Whats this?"Sam asked looking at something like this:

"I'm going to teach you guy how to do something then you guys are going to try it"Ponk said letting them go. "Why do we have to?"Foolish asked. "Yea"Ponk said then walked over to the it wrapped his feet in it then looked at them as they got closer. Ponk show them how to do the secretary pose.
Here are the steps for it idk why I'm telling you people this but here:
1)climb up split silks
2)hiplock but pass the leg through the middle of the split silks
3)sit on the silk that ends up in front of you
When Ponk was done he got down and walked over to them. "Ok Sam you can go next!"Ponk said. Sam nodded in response and walked over to the silks and got it first try. Once it was Foolish's turn he failed the first couple of time but got it eventually.
