Ccino was finishing up some orders as he walked and sighed as he got them out and groaned. "Finally- closing ti-" The door flew open and Ccino groaned. "I'm sorry but I'm- oh- Nightmare- I wasn't expecting to see you again today. " He said as Nightmare growled and sat at the counter. Ccino sighing. "I'll fix up a little then we can talk. " And that's what happened.

"so.. what's going on? " He asked as Nightmare growled. "My fuckin dick of a boyfriend broke up with me. " "Oh-" Ccino said as he rubbed his head. "Is that why you showed up less the last few weeks?" Ccino asked as Nightmare groaned and nodded. "Yeah. And I feel stupid for it." He said. "I don't know why I thought him any different." He said and Ccino frowned. "I'm sure things will turn around... somehow...But I bet they will!.." Ccino said. "You're too hopeful." Nightmare said as Ccino smiled. "But you like me for it!" Ccino said. "Yeah, suppose I do." He said and then Ccino got too close up after his talk with Nightmare.

Ccino sighed while walking home till he felt a sudden shutter. "Weird.." he said as he shook it off and continued to walk while thinking to himself. He then stopped when he saw a cat in his path. "Oh, hey little one, are you lost?" He said as he knelt and the cat walked up to him, having no tags or collar. Ccino looked around before picking up the cat and walking home with it. "It's cold tonight, you can stay with me till I can find you a home to live in," Ccino said as the cat purred against him. "Awe!" Ccino said while arriving at his doorstep and unlocking the door. He went into the house and set the cat down while closing and locking the door. "Okay.." he said with a tired sigh. "Off to bed," He said while walking upstairs and the cat followed him while he changed into his nightwear and laid down on his bed. "Hah...it feels good to just be in bed..." he said as the cat went up and laid on his stomach. "Cuddly one aren't you?" He said as he petted him and soon enough fell asleep as the cat let out a chuckle and purr laying on him.

The next morning Ccino groaned and lifted his head to see the cat on his dresser and he jumped. "Now how'd you get up there?" He said as he picked him up. "It's pretty high," he said as he pulled him down and set him on the floor, taking some clothes out and getting dressed as the cat jumped on the bed watching him while Ccino finished by putting his socks on and grabbing his boots. "Okay, I'll see you later and-" Ccino looked over and blinked. " Where'd you-" he then looked at his bag and saw the cat in it. "You're not gonna leave me alone, are you? " He said as the cat shook its head and purred while scratching its ear. Ccino sighing. " Well, my cafe isn't exactly pet-free anyway," he said as he sighed. " Oh well, maybe if you come with someone will recognize you and take you home," he said as the cat purred and lay in the bag.

Ccino went to work with the cat and a lot of people were drawn to it, or, the cat brought people close to itself. Some of the other cats growled a bit but still got their attention. Closer to the end of the day, Ccino hummed, seeing Nightmare walk through the door and sit at the counter. "What can I get you?" Ccino said. "Do you have to ask?" Nightmare said. "Just checking," Ccino said, making Nightmare his usual late-night coffee. "So, anything new?" He asked. "I don't know...one of my team members just had a kid. " He said while Ccino smiled. "that sounds nice," he said. "I guess. But that means I lose a team member for a while, he's still recovering from giving birth." "I see". The two talked for a bit until the cat went up and laid next to Nightmare's arm, he looked over and he jumped up while staring at it. "uh...is something wrong?" Ccino asked as Nightmare growled. "Where the fuck did you get that cat-" he said. "Language. I found him on my way home, I was hoping someone would recognize him." He said while Nightmare growled. "No tags-" he said." No tags, no collar, nothing. Why??? " Ccino replied. " Does he have red marks on his stomach-" he said and the cat jumped a little, Ccino hummed and went over to pick the cat up but the cat hissed and ran off. " O-oh. Uh..." he blinked while Nightmare glared at the cat and then caught it with his tentacle. But the cat put up a fight, hissing and meowing loudly. Scratching at him, Nightmare looked under him and snapped. " YOU LITTLE SHIT!" He said and threw the cat to the wall, it hollering and other cats ran away or hissed, Ccino gasping." NIGHTMARE! HOW COULD YOU DO THAT?! " He yelled while running over to the cat and picking him up gently the cat howling in pain and being dramatic as Ccino coddled him.
"Apologize! " He yelled. Nightmare rolled his eye. " That ain't a damn cat it's-" "APOLOGIZE," Ccino said in a way that even made Night shiver a little but he shook his head.
