subliminals

in this chapter, i will be discussing what subliminals are, and most importantly (for this matter), how they play into shifting. i'll also list several great subliminals for shifting here! this chapter will probably be edited quite a lot as i add more subliminals to it, so check back often!

so to understand how subs play a role in shifting, we first need to know: what even is a subliminal?

a subliminal, in simple words, is an audio you listen to to get your desires (desired face, desired partner, or really anything you want). these work because they have affirmations hidden behind whatever is used for the audio (most commonly this will be music or rain sounds). the hidden affirmations go straight to your subconscious and as i mentioned earlier, your subconscious controls EVERYTHING about you. so with the affirmations going straight there without your conscious mind denying them, you get your desires just like that. don't believe the "it takes ___ days/weeks/whatever to get results" because those are just limiting beliefs. subliminals work differently for everyone. but, enough with the talk on subliminals, this book is about shifting.

 now that you have a decent foundation for subliminals, let's discuss how they have anything to do with shifting at all.

so along with mentioning "your subconscious controls everything about you" earlier, i also mentioned that your subconscious is what you shift with. you are placing it in an alternate reality. making the connection yet? with that information, it's pretty safe to assume that if we can just get our subconscious to believe we've shifted, we'll shift. and how do we get it to do that? with subliminals. but, i'm going to go ahead and make one thing clear before we go any further. You DON'T HAVE TO listen to subliminals to shift, they are just a tool to help in the process, similar to scripting. so as i was saying, a great way to shift is to listen to subliminals. 

now that you why and how subliminals work, you probably wanna know some that you can listen to. that's why i'm gonna list a few subliminals AND sub makers below. but, before we get into that, i'm gonna go ahead and address something else.

while there are subliminals for shifting in general, there are also subliminals for strengthing visualization, lucid dreaming, high vibrations, belief, and more very helpful things (i will be making posts on these things eventually until then, you can do some research on your own) when it comes to shifting. so, if you ever find yourself struggling with something like that, just search for a sublminal on it :) i will also list some specific ones here, so if you're too lazy to search (like me lmao) or whatever, you can use one of the ones here.
