What? I got rejected??

After the bell rang, Hiccup decided to approach the blonde hair girl beside him. 

"Hey, my name is Hiccup. What is your name?" Hiccup says as he smiles at her, acting to want to be her friend.

The blonde hair girl looks at him in confusion. She do not want people to know her secret and true self. She tries to act nice and nerdy as possible.

" My name is Astrid. Nice to meet you uhh Hiccup" Astrid says and push up her glasses, while still holding her book in her hands.

" That's a really nice name you got there. I noticed you have a book in your hand. What kind of book are you reading?" Hiccup says pointing to the book she is holding.

"Oh, my book? I am reading some action kind of story with a bit of romance, it's actually really nice to read." Astrid says as she tries to talk more like she is into that kind of reading stuff.

"Ah, it must be really nice that you didn't noticed me beside you for a while" Hiccup says scratching his head.

" I am so sorry that I didn't noticed you. Maybe you should read this book for once, it's really good!" Astrid says and smiles at Hiccup.

"Ah, okay, sure. I will be sure to read them when i have the time" Hiccup says.

"Great! You will definitely love it!" Astrid says as she smiles more.

"So, do you want to hang out during break? We can get to know each other more." Hiccup says.

" I think i am fine with being alone, i like being alone so i can enjoy reading the story peacefully without getting disturbed. Sorry Hiccup. I appreciate your offer though. Maybe next time?" Astrid says

"Oh, uhh yeah, i understand. It's okay. I hope you enjoy reading them." Hiccup says.

" Thank you, well anyways i will see you later? If we have other same class, that is." Astrid says pushing her glasses once again as she smiles and stands up.

"sure" Hiccup says as he waves at her and she waves back at him and walks away.

'Damn it...I can't believe i got rejected by her...she definitely seems different from the ones i talk to.' Hiccup thinks as she looks at her walking away as he smirks.

"Hey Astrid, pssst heyyy" another blonde girl with braids whispers when Astrid walks past, faking her nerdy behaviour in the hallway.

"Huh? Ruffnut? I thought I told you not to acknowledge me in school? We aren't supposed to know each other here." Astrid whispers as she looks around.

"Sorry, just got excited to see you in school again. The rest of them miss you too" Ruffnut says.

"But we just met yesterday" Astrid says and sighs as she facepalms.

"Oh, before i forget, i got a new friend that would love to join us." Ruffnut told Astrid excitedly.

"What did i tell you...no one is supposed to know this gang existed...why did you tell them about us, what if people find out..." Astrid says freaking out and pointing at Ruffnut suspiciously.

"Don't worry, you will like her! Come on! Let's go meet her!" Ruffnut says pulling Astrid along, of course being cautious since in this gang, Astrid is secretly the leader.

* At the school rooftop*

"Oh my god, Astrid! It's so nice to see you, my love" Snotlout says running to Astrid, but got punched by Astrid.

"Ew, for the last time Snotlout, I am not your love! Anyways, so what is this about" Astrid says folding her arms.

"Okay, Astrid, i know we are not supposed to reveal to anyone about our gang in school. But she know about us, and i can't help that what if she tells the others about us." Fishleg explains to Astrid.

" So you are saying, i have to accept her in order not for the information about us to get spread." Astrid says.

"Technically yeah, now i will ask her come out now" Fishleg says and ushered the girl to come out.

The black haired girl come out and smiles as she saw Astrid.

" Heather??" Astrid says as she saw her.

"Astrid!! Long time no see!" Heather says and hugs Astrid as Astrid hugs back.

"Wait, you guys know each other?" Tuffnut says getting confused.

"Well, technically yeah. We are friends since childhood but got seperated. But it's so nice to see Astrid again." Heather says and smiles.

"You guys should have say something about her. I wouldn't have suspect anything" Astrid says.

"We don't wanna make you more mad that we kind of leak about our group." Fishleg says worriedly.

"Okay okay, since i know Heather personally since young. I would allow her to join my group. But no more new members into our gang anymore till i said so, okay?" Astrid says as the others nodded.

"Okay great, meetings over. Time for class. And remember! Please behave! No suspicious things that could leak about this gang, alright? Remember...this gang don't exist to anyone other than us." Astrid says as she claps her hand, signalling  that the meeting ended.

"Heather, i will let you know the gang's rules later, okay? But for now, welcome to our gang." Astrid says as she smiles and hugs Heather.

"Thanks Astrid, it's an honoured to be part of this gang, as you being our leader" Heather says as Astrid smiles.
