I just wanted some water, so I went running and then everything fell apart. I had felt and had a sprain of second degree, even though it wasn't that bad, I had to be in recovery because I have a competition in 6 days. The doctor said I had to rest for 4 days at least and then I can try to train but that maybe I wouldn't be able to compete. I was destroyed, everything I worked for was for nothing, for a little accident, I felt like hell.

The next few days I had to be in full recovery, I couldn't walk nor go to school. So I tried to train at home at least doing ab exercises and exercises in one leg.
