Girls are confusing...

I woke up once again and thought about the girl I met yesterday.

Who was she?

I sat up in the hospital like bed, and was surprised to see that I was in my dragon form instead of my human one like yesterday. This was freaking me out. How did she get me to dragon up? I looked at my leg and noticed my leg was healed.

How did she do that? Was it even her? Or was it the other voice I heard? I remember all of Fu Dog's potions. She probably had a healing potion. But what was going to happen now?

I groaned all of these unanswered questions were giving me a headache.

How am I supposed to get back to Rose and my family? I need to ask these elder guys the girl was talking about.

Just then, the door on the other side of the room opened. (This is my character) In stepped a girl with blue skin. It was no paint or die from what I could tell. This girl had actual blue skin. Hair black hair even seemed to take on a bluish tint.

She had on a standard nurse uniform except on her nameplate the language wasn't english. It didn't look like any other earth language either. What was up with this place?

She seemed to notice was awake and blushed a little before standing up tall ,and walking to the right side of the bed.

"Good you are both awake." She said.

"Who are you?" I asked.

She frowned, "Can you not read Dardian?"

"No I don't think that language is anywhere where I come from." I replied.

"Right you are from earth hours." Her face evened out to a look of understanding. "My name is Darla. We do not have name for you though. Would you be kind enough to give us one?"

"Um, sure. My name is Jake, Jake Long." I said. She couldn't do anything bad with my name, right?

Darla grabbed a clipboard and wrote down something. Probably my name.

"Do you have any pains? Are any of your joints stiff? Do you have any internal pains? Are you hungry?" She fired off bullet fast questions.

"Uh, no, no, no, and yes." I replied. "What did you mean by Earth hours?"

"It is not my duty to give you that information. I will send food in a little while. We need you well fed and rested for later."

"Why?"

"You ask many questions. You may be trouble for Agra. Dial it down. If you don't it will be trouble." She sighed and walked out of the room.

I was alone again. The food probably won't be ready for a while. I'll just take a nap. I thought. Good night, Rose...

I woke up to giggles. I heard a gasp.

"He's waking up! Hurry. Let's get out before he sees us!" The voice sounded familiar.

I decided to play a little trick on them. I rolled over making sure to keep my eyes shut. I stilled.

"Never mind. He just rolled over."

More giggling. I heard footsteps come closer to the bed. They stopped by my head. I felt fingers brush away some hair from my eyes.  I resisted the urge to blush. She started running her fingers through my spiky hair. I had to admit it. It felt kinda good. I leaned into her hand. She stopped for a second but started again after I stopped moving.

"You know, he's kinda cute."

"Forget that Lula. He's really cute." Said a new voice. "And what about when he's a dragon? Can you say hot!" Another round of giggles sounded. I guessed there were about four or five people in the room.

Should I end my trick? Yeah. I want to see the looks on there faces.

I yawned and sat up. The girl who had her fingers in my hair yanked her hand back. I rubbed my eyes for good measure and yawned again.

I looked around the room and saw six girls in the room looking at me with a shocked expression.

I eyed the girl beside my bed who had been petting my hair. Now I know why her voice sounded so fimiliar. She was the girl who I saw when I woke up in the temple. Her brown eyes held a huge amount of surprise.

She cleared her throat. "We, um brought you your food. I hope you like waffles. And bacon and eggs. We also got you some orange juice. This is what they eat on Earth,  yes?"

I smiled a famous Jake Long smile. "Yeah, love it. I never got your name yesterday. Well, you never told me anyway. But it's Lula right?"

Her face turned beet red as she put two and two together. Her friends turned the same shade. Well almost. A couple had green or even yellow skin.

"Y-you were awake?" She asked.

"I don't see how else I would have heard your friend say your name. And I'm flattered by all of the attention but I have my own girl back at home."

She blushed again then sprinted out of the room with her friends.

Why are girls so confusing? I pondered while I ate my breakfast.  I also thought: These waffles are good.
