It's been a couple of weeks and Normani has been MIA ever since the last visit. Ryan thought to texting her to update her on everything that's been going on with Dinah but not a single response from her.

"Do you think Normani cares about Dinah but is too hurt to want to see her or just doesn't care?" Ryan asked Camila and Camila bit her lip.

"She has told me that she didn't care for Dinah but I don't believe it." Camila scratched her head because she is actually unsure.

A few more hours passed by and a knock on the door catches everyone's attention. Solána answered it and there stood Normani with her manager.

"Where have you been?" Solána eyebrow twitched.

"Paris, beautiful place." Normani entered the room to see everyone on the floor playing card games.

Dinah locked eyes with Normani and swallowed the lump in her throat.

"Who wants Normani's souvenirs?" Her manager announced causing Kehlani to dart towards him making him run away.

Normani jaw dropped because she bought them with her own money then Ryan patted her shoulder before ushering her towards Dinah which caused Normani to roll her eyes before sitting on the side of the bed and she looked up at the hospital light.

"I'm sorry." Dinah managed to push out and Normani looked at her.

"I forgive you." Normani shrugged and Dinah eyebrow rose.

"You do?" Dinah furrowed her eyebrows.

"I mean yeah, I realized that I don't really wanna be in a relationship and I shouldn't have pushed or expected you to be in one, knowing you." Normani giggled before laying back onto the bed.

Dinah had a slight frown on her face and was speechless. Everyone reentered the room after a while to see both of them sleeping, one high off the painkillers and the other jet lagged.

"I expected more." Kehlani laughed nervously.

"Damn, we were just going to get a pic then leave again. Seems like I'm staying." Her manager snapped the picture of the two sleeping before sending it to Normani's phone which buzzed in her hand.

Ryan peeped at the name that she had saved for her manager and laughed.

"That's just rude." He huffed also seeing what it said.

"Fruity homie." Solána read before blocking her mouth with a fist to not laugh.

Her "fruity homie" placed his jacket on her in which she instantly cuddled into while Simone had lowered the bed so Dinah could sleep better.

"So, what are the plans?" Her manager asked and everyone sat back down to continue their game of cards.

Later in the evening, Normani had woken up and saw that some were gone or others were on their phone.

"Why didn't you wake me?" Normani yawned with a stretch causing her manager to look up from the phone.

They don't remember when but she was laying on Dinah's stomach which her manager got a picture of. Normani sat up and checked the time.

"You were jet lagged and I didn't wanna get cussed out." Her manager shrugged before getting up.

"Fair. Can I keep your jacket?" Normani snuggled into the clothing.

"Sure." He helped her up and Normani jaw dropped.

"Really?" Normani smiled.

"Yeah." He stretched as Normani wrapped her arms around him.

"Aww thank you." Normani kissed his cheek and his face scrunched up.

"I'm fruity remember." He rolled his eyes.

"I can't kiss my brother from another mother on the cheek." Normani huffed.

"Bitch we not related." He began walking as Normani walked with him.

"Exactly why I said it." Normani giggled.

It's been 30 minutes after they had left, Dinah had finally woke up and tried to sit up but sharp pains were inflicted on her causing her to fail.

"You could've just asked for you bed to be lifted." Normani told Dinah as she pushed the button and Dinah looked at her confused.

"We brought food." Her manager announced causing Camila to perk up.

"Yes!" Camila cheered as he handed her a box of pizza.

"So Normani." Ryan pulled the girl to the corner where there was small chairs.

"Yes Ryan?" Normani sat down as she grabbed a pizza box from her manager.

"Why haven't you been answering my texts or calls?" Ryan wondered.

"I broke my phone, I had to get a new one in Paris." Normani opened the box of pizza as she can feel her stomach growl.

"It's true, I cussed her out because of it." Her manager backed up.

"It was the fans' fault." Normani crossed her arm.

"Tuh." He scoffed.

"Okay that's valid, also are you and Dinah on good terms now?" Ryan questioned.

"Sure." Normani simply answered.

"So no more being stubborn?" Ryan continued to ask.

"You're asking a lot of questions, am I being interrogated?" Normani joked and Ryan laughed before shaking her head.

"Sorry, but can I ask one more question?" Ryan bit her lip.

"Fine, go ahead even though that was a question." Normani teased.

"Would you give Dinah a second chance?" Ryan wondered.

"Most likely not, I just don't see myself dating anymore because dating is a distraction. Also didn't you want me to focus on myself?" Normani questioned.

"Yes but I've spent a lot of time here and with Dinah and she only talks about you." Ryan muttered only loud enough for Normani to hear.

They only been speaking loud enough for only them to hear their conversation, Kehlani (who had returned after Normani and her manager left) was speaking over them anyways so it was hard to make out what they were saying if you were to ease drop.

"That's a shame, she should worry about herself and on get better than to focus on someone who doesn't want anything to do with them." Normani shrugged.

"I thought you forgave her." Ryan furrowed her eyebrows.

"I do but I don't wanna be friends with her. We will only business partners and business partners need to at least get alone so everything could come out as a success." Normani explained.

"I suppose you're right, just don't be so harsh. Dinah is very sensitive now." Ryan warned.

"Yeah yeah, can I have your slice?" Normani looked at her pizza in awe.

"If you trade." Ryan ushered.

"Okay." Normani smiled widened as they traded slices and Normani began eating that slide with joy.
