(A/N: As I write this, I def forgotten the whole plot of the book so 💃🏾 be prepared for the triple update which will be the conclusion of this book. FINALLY!!! And um, yeah enjoy!!!)

After their mani/pedicure + skincare, they went out for dinner and got seated.

"Are you planning on getting drunk?" Normani placed her legs on Dinah's lap and Dinah smiles at her.

"Of course I am." Dinah swings her legs back and forth, excitedly.

"Alright." Normani sighs and sip her strawberry lemonade.

"Do you not want me to?" Dinah furrowed her eyebrows in confusion.

"I mean, I had a surprise for you and I wanted to get your reaction sober..." Normani trails off so Dinah cuts her off.

"Then I'll refrain." Dinah shrugged.

"You will?" Normani smiled softy at the taller girl.

"Yep, I wanna remember what it is." Dinah laughs and Normani joins her with a giggle.

"Okay tonight, when we return to our suite." Normani sipped her lemonade and Dinah leans forward with a smile.

"Okay then, tonight." Dinah grabbed Normani's hand and they interlocked it.

As night neared, Dinah could tell that Normani was both nervous and excited about whatever she wanted to give Dinah which radiated into her being nervous and excited.

"So erm, is it a big surprise or?" Dinah wondered as she ate her dessert.

"I'm not revealing anything." Normani rolled her eyes, doing the same.

"Rude." Dinah huffed.

"That is not." Normani scoffed playfully.

"Whatever." Dinah tapped the spoon on the button of Normani's nose causing Normani to flinch in shock as Dinah just laughs.

"I'm regretting giving you the surprise now." Normani scrunched up her face as Dinah wiped the ice cream off of her nose.

"What? No no no, I'm sorry." Dinah grabbed her hands now, kissing them softly.

"Simp." Normani teased.

"No I just want the surprise." Dinah giggles and Normani jaw drops slightly.

"Greedy bitch." Normani pulled her hands away and Dinah gasped.

"RUDE!" Dinah placed a hand on her chest dramatically.

"As intended." Normani crossed her arms dramatically and the waiter came by with the bill.

"Oh thank you, here." Dinah handed them her card and they went to go pay.

"I wanna see how much you spent and ate." Normani took the bill with a smug grin on her face.

"What is up with you and these unnecessary disses?" Dinah stood up and pulled out Normani's chair.

"I just like teasing you." Normani stood up, setting the check down.

"Alright, don't whine when I tease you when we're-" Dinah began to speak but Normani covered her mouth.

"Okay enough of that." Normani shakes her head, her face feeling a bit heated.

"Here's your card ma'am." The waiter tells them and Dinah took it before grabbing Normani's hand and guiding her out the restaurant.

They began their walk to the beach so they could watch the sunset, Normani had bought chocolate on her way there so she could consume that, along with water. Once they made it to the beach, they sat on a rock and cuddled up to each other, eyes fixated on the fiery star setting beneath the ocean line. Normani laid her head on Dinah's shoulder and closed her eyes, enjoying the feeling of the sun and Dinah turn to look at her girlfriend with a soft smile. She decided to take a picture because why not. When the sun fully sets, Normani opens her eyes and smile at Dinah who was posting the photo she snapped.

"Ready to go?" Normani questions catching Dinah's attention and Dinah nods.

They get up and make their way back to their suite which wasn't far from the beach so they could walk to the building. As they walked, they began to window shop which caused them to lag before they arrived to their destination.

"Okay, well. I didn't really prepare how I was going to reveal your surprises so you're just gonna have to wait on the bed while I set it up on the balcony." Normani rambled as she sets down her chocolate that she didn't finish on the nightstand.

"You're so.." Dinah laughs and Normani turned around with her hands behind her back with a raised eyebrow.

"Don't finish that sentence." Normani warned and Dinah put up her hands in defense.

"I was gonna say adorable but nevermind th-" Normani stopped Dinah from speaking with a kiss before she pushed Dinah lightly on to the bed.

"Stay." Normani commanded and Dinah opened her to speak then decided against teasing since she can tell Normani was excited for whatever it is.

"I- fine." Dinah gave her a smile and Normani basically skipped to the balcony and shut them.

She slipped out on the balcony and began to prepare her surprises while Dinah waited patiently on the bed. Once she finished, she opened the door and Dinah attention had been captured.

"Okay come on." Normani held out her hand and Dinah took it nervously.

As they walked out, Dinah can see two boxes on a little table.

"This isn't a what's in the box challenge is it?" Dinah asked cautiously and Normani giggled but shrugged.

"Pick one." Normani ushered and Dinah sighed.

"Okay." Dinah walked up then decided on the right because right is always right as she would like to say.

She lifted the box cautiously and it was a pair of keys. She looked at Normani confusingly as the what they could go to.

"Those are keys to my new house, I want you to move in with me." Normani revealed and Dinah jaw dropped.

"You got a new house?!? Oh my God we got a new house!!!" Dinah observed the keys and was about to go and kiss Normani but Normani pointed to the other box.

"Open your surprises." Normani rolled her eyes playfully and Dinah does so.

This time less nervously which was a mistake because her eyes landed on a pregnancy test and it revealed to be positive.

"Oh my God...Wait you're pregnant?!?" Dinah squealed, turning around quickly to face her girlfriend.

"Dinah shh, other people are staying here." Normani hushed and Dinah looked at her like she was insane.

"Manz, YOU'RE PREGNANT!!!" Dinah screamed and Normani couldn't help but giggle.

"Yes I am." Normani revealed and Dinah picked her up happily, lifting her in the air and twirling around.

"Oh that's why you didn't want to club." Dinah thought after setting her down.

"Maybe, but I have one more." Normani subtly moved them to the middle of the balcony.

"One more-" Dinah cuts her off, looking up behind Normani to see a 'Will You Marry Me?' sign plastered.

It made her questions many things, first thing being how long it had been there, where did it come from and that Normani wanted to marry her. Wait! NORMANI WANTS TO MARRY HER! She locks eyes with Normani who bites her lip nervously, waiting for an answer and Dinah laughs.

"You're insane Normani Kordei." Dinah grabbed Normani's hands and kissed them. "I was going to propose first, I was actually planning on doing it tomorrow but I guess I'll do it now. Wait here." Dinah rushed back into room as Normani watched with shock face.

Once Dinah returned, she immediately gets on her knee and opens the ring box.

"Can we skip the cheesy talk, my hormones are already all over the place." Normani looked down at Dinah and Dinah saw her cheeks were already covered with tears.

"Okay, but your vows better make up for it." Dinah slid the ring on Normani's ringer and Normani did the same with the ring she had in her pocket.

Dinah pecked Normani's now salty lips and lifted her once again but carried them into the room this time.
