Chapter 8 - The Public Lecture: Reviction Festival, Part 4

     "As everyone is now together they all get ready to hear about the speech that the ambassador is planning to make at midnight"

     10:35 pm

     Soap and Lee are walking together across the long bridge with a bunch of dim lamp posts illuminating the area as they are hearing crickets chirping in the background, "Can you believe we paid 40 dollars just to see that short race?" Lee asked in slight annoyance.

     "Yeah I will admit it is kind of annoying but even so it was still cool to see those hellhound variants don't you agree?" Said Soap as he attempted to brighten up Lee's spirit.

     "Yeah I guess you're right those hellhounds were so badass when they were running" Said Lee as he and Soap continued walking on the long bridge where they saw Steve standing and staring at something.

     "Hey isn't that Steve over there? Why is he standing there alone? I hope he's okay" Said Soap as he looked in the other direction where the long bridge had a three way so he and Lee took a turn to their right.

     Steve is looking slightly upwards above the hill where he notices a person is on top of the tall hill doing something, "Huh that person does seem lonely I wonder if they're doing alright" Steve thought to himself.

     "Hey Steve!" Lee yelled out as Steve looked over to see that he and Soap are walking towards him.

     "Oh hey it's Soap and Lee" Steve thought to himself.

     "Why are you standing here alone are you okay?" Soap asked.

     "Yeah I'm alright I was looking around for you guys but I decided to walk around here... Hey, do you see that person on the tall hill?" Steve pointed to the big hill where Soap and Lee looked.

     "What of it? They're just minding their own business and it's kind of creepy that you're spying on someone like that, let's go Steve, we know where the rest of the others are at" Said Lee.

     "Oh really? Yeah let's go on back to the group also apparently Dan has a girlfriend now" Said Lee as he and Steve began walking back but Soap stops to look at the figure because he is doing something very strange so he tries to use his eyes to get a closer look by using his hunter abilities.

     "Hey Soap! Are you coming or what?" Steve asked as Soap was distracted from seeing what the person was actually doing.

     "Yeah I'm coming!" Soap smiled as he ran to catch up with them.

     "Hey there's like an hour and 20 minutes left till the ambassador will make his speech" Said Steve as he looked at the clock on his phone.

     Meanwhile a limo just stopped in the parking lot which is in front of the entrance of the park, the limo driver comes out of the limo then pulls the very back door and the ambassador himself has exit the limo, "Ah well isn't a wonderful night to enjoy a wonderful festival" The ambassador said to himself.

     "Right this way sir" Said one of his personal bodyguards as they were waiting for his arrival at the entrance, so they began walking towards the central stage to prepare for the speech he's going to be making at the festival.

     "Here you go sir I went ahead and bought you a bottle of water, you're going to need it for your speech" One of the ambassador's bodyguards handed him a bottle of purified water.

     "Thank you, you are very thoughtful" Said the ambassador, he drank his water as everyone was staring at the ambassador.

     "Sir everyone is staring, does that bother you in any way?" The bodyguard asked.
