*in the whispering woods,Sea Hawk guides a skiff into the forest. Adora, Perfuma, Glimmer, Bow, Sophia and Mermista hang their heads glumly.*
Adora (sadly): How could I let this happen?
Bow: Adora, it's not your fault.
Sophia:Bow right, it isn't your fault
Adora: It IS my fault. Entrapta's gone because of my plan.
Mermista: This only happened because we were all together.
Perfuma:(with tears in her eyes) Mermista's right, being together makes us vulnerable.
Mermista: Maybe there's a reason the Princess Alliance fell apart before. Maybe this whole thing was a bad idea.
Glimmer:(shaking her head)Mermista, no, you can't say that.
Mermista: Whatever. I don't want to be a part of it anymore. Sea Hawk, take me home. (Glimmer's eyes widen as she gasps.She looks at Adora and she lowers her gaze. She then turns to look at Sophia who is just looking down at her sword.Perfuma clutches her knees to her chest and Glimmer frowns. Sea Hawk drives off. Soon after Mermista rides away to her castle and turns with her trident, as a protective forcefield closes around her. She is enveloped in a swirl of water and disappears. Perfuma erects the statue to Entrapta and covers it with flowers. Her eyes brim with tears and she begins to sob.Princess Frosta uses her ice powers, she raises her hands into the air and spears of ice conceal her snowy mountain whole. Sometime later, Adora, Sophia,Bow and Glimmer trudge along on the bridge towards Bright Moon castle.)
Angella: Oh, Glimmer! Sophia!(Queen Angella embraces them)Are you two hurt?(She squeezes them darling tightly.)
Glimmer: Mom, you're crushing us.
Sophia:finding it hard to breathe...(Bow joins the hug whilst laughing and Glimmer grumbles while Sophia softly laughs as well)
Glimmer: Mom, we are fine, cut it out!
Angella: I will not cut it out. I've been beside myself with worry.(Angella notices Glimmer doesn't teleport out of her hug.)You usually teleport out of my embraces. What's going on?
Sophia:(looks at her wide-eyed) Glimmer...
Glimmer: Nothing, I just need to recharge. That's all.(looks at Sophia, like telling her to drop the subject,Sophia looks at her suspiciously)
Angella: Of course, Guards, carry my daughter to the Moonstone Chamber at once.
Glimmer: I don't need to be carried, I can walk. (In a quieter tone) You're embarrassing me.
Sophia:to who? It's only us and the guards.(Glimmer just glares)
Angella: Fine. Then you have time to tell me what happened. I received word of Entrapta's loss. (The Best Friends Squad look away with a sad look and don't respond.)
Angella: Well, Glimmer? Sophia?Bow? Adora? Someone tell me what happened.
Adora: -Commander, it's my fault.
Bow: -The thing is...
Sophia:well..
Glimmer: -Leave my friends alone! Give us a minute.
Angella: A minute? You two were being held by the Horde. I've been going mad. Telling myself awful stories about what could've happened to you two.
Glimmer: Jeeze, mom, relax. I'm fine. We'll talk later.
Sophia:Glimmer, be a little nicer,she was just worried.
Angella: This conversation isn't over!(Glimmer strides off pulling Sophia with her and Adora eyes the queen.)
Adora:(quietly) I'm— I'm sorry. (Glimmer leans on the wall and begins to glitch out.)
Sophia:Glimmer!
Adora: It's happening more often.
Bow: Does it hurt?
Glimmer: No, not much.
Bow: We need to tell your mom. She'll know what to do.
Sophia:exactly! Come on,let's go.(grabs her arm but Glimmer pulls it away)
Glimmer: No!
Adora: Glimmer, Shadow Weaver did something to your powers. You can't teleport and, whatever this is, keeps happening.
Sophia:right so let's go and I'll drop you off with mom and while I go and beat Shadow Beaver—
Adora: it's shadow Weaver.
Sophia: I don't care what her name is am going back,and beat her up,now that I got the sword back I can go as Scarlett.(she then turns her bracelet into a sword and raises it up)
Glimmer: Sophia no! You can't -
Sophia: for the protection-(suddenly Adora takes her sword) Adora!
Adora: your not going back and that's final. I don't...I don't want to lose you again.
Sophia:(she sighs) ok fine I will stay here, but we got to tell mom about you glimmer.
Glimmer:we are not telling mom, I don't want mom freaking out anymore than she already is. Okay? Besides, I always feel better after I recharge, so... (Glimmer forces a smile. Adora and Bow look at each other and Sophia just stares at Glimmer.)Then it's agreed. I'll recharge, stop glitching. Then our mom never has to know.
