JJ's POV

"Well Vanessa..........she's fallen into a coma, we don't know if she'll wake up"

My heart broke in to a million pieces. Tears are forcing to leave my eyes

"C-c-can w-we see her?"

"Yes you may one at a time though"

Jack signals me to go in first. I look back and see all the guys coming down the hallway.

I turn back around and walk into Vanessa's room. I see her lying on the hospital bed, she looks so lifeless on the bed. Her face is paler than usual and I miss her gorgeous smile.

I slowly walk over to her and sit next to her. I take her hand in mine and kiss it gently

"Hey Vanessa, if you can hear me than I wanted to say a few things, I love you so much and if you let go and leave me, I'll be a mess without you and so will Jack and the guys. I need you in my life, I love everything about you. Your hair, your eyes, your smile, the way you laugh, your style, and your sass man I couldn't live without you. If you go, I would be broken. We all need you in our life's and if you let go I won't be able to forgive myself, I should have went into the bowling place with you and If I did none of this would have happened. I love and miss you babygirl and I hope you wake up baby I miss you"

I kiss her head and walk out.

Vanessa's POV

I can hear everything I just want to wake up and see everybody. Chloe. God damnit I hope she goes to jail for the rest of her life because she did this to me.

I see JJ sitting next to my body and I start to see white. I see a figure and I start to walk towards it

"Callie?"

"Vanessa? Why are you hear?"

Where's here?"

"Heaven"

"What??? I'm dead!!"

"No, your not dead, sis you have a choice after a few weeks up here because your brain has to recover"

Yes Callie and I are sisters, twins actually, she died in a car crash when we were 12

Jacks POV

JJ walks out and I stand up and go into Vanessa's room. I go over to her and I hold her hand.

"Hey little sis, I don't know if you can hear me but I know that JJ just came in here and talked but now it's my turn. Vanessa, I love you lil sis if you let go, it's would be horrible. Vanessa we lost Callie and I can't lose you too. I need my little sister here. Who else can I be over protective of? Who else will you call a dickhead? Huh? V I need you, mum needs you, JJ needs you, Alana and Trinity need you. Mom can't loose another child, Alana and Trinity can't loose their best friend, JJ needs his love and I can't loose my little sister so please, don't give up on us I love you"

I kiss her head and walk out to the guys.

The doctor comes out and tells us heart breaking news.

Vanessa's POV

"He's grown up so much"

"I know and we both miss you so much"

"I miss you guys too"
