If I were to
Imitate the old age
Poets I'd daresay

Stars in the sky
And I the lonely
Astronomer
Forever condemned
To see your beauty
From millions
Of miles away
Waiting for the day
You'll become
A shooting star
And I'll have that
Brief chance
To feel the heat
Of your closeness
And see if
Stardust really can
Induce madness.
