Hafsa's POV:

I went to change my dress in the bathroom and my eyes teared up when I looked at myself in the mirror. I chuckled looking at my reflection.

"How can you expect that you'll be able to live peacefully, girl? Don't you know your father won't let that happen ever?" I said looking at myself while tears made their ways on my cheek. How can I expect that my husband will come and take me with him? I'm a stupid to think like that. May be he was forced and he might be able to get free now. But he won't think that a stain of divorcee will be splashed on my character which will make it hard for me to live in the conservative society. I changed my dress and went out after doing wudu. I prayed Isha and my heart started opening up in front of my creator. I don't know what HIS plan is. But I want to believe that whatever happens, happens for a reason. After pouring my heart out I went to bed. I was busy in my thoughts while looking at the ceiling blankly when the door of my room opened making me turn towards it. I found Ammi coming inside with a smile which was clearly showing sadness.

"You didn't sleep?" I asked turning to her who lied beside me and turned to me.

"How can I sleep? My daughter got married but isn't able to go to her house. That's not something a mother can bear." She said caressing my cheek while her eyes teared up.

"I think that's her destiny. Let it go the way its going." I said wiping the corner of her eyes while she shook her head.

"I hope HE change it. Even a small bit of it but please." She whispered closing her eyes while tears fell down from her eyes. Ya Allah, ease her pain. She doesn't show it to me but I know she is having hard time with Abbu. A very hard time.

                      **********

"He really didn't come?" I looked up hearing Hadiya and shook my head.

"Hm." And I was stupid to think something like this.

"That f***er. They only need woman to warm up their bed. As she isn't going there now, he won't make any move now." I shook my head hearing Olivia. She really doesn't think twice before saying anything.

"Hey. You can't say that." We all heard Siddhi and frowned.

"You never know what's going on his side." She said shaking her head at us and I was just looking at her.

"But the fact is he didn't come to take Hafsa, Sid." Shivani said looking at her and she shook her head.

"There's no point in explaining you guys." She said shaking her head at them and then turned to me with a smile. This girl is giving him weird vibes.

"I know you are not in the situation to think positive. Your mind will keep taking you to the negative side everytime. But I just want to say one thing." I was just looking at her without blinking. What she said is right. Whenever you are in problem, your mind never shows you the bright side.

"If you believe in marriage, the knot which is between you both, if you believe on that sacred knot, then you have to believe him too. You have to put your trust on now also as you did while saying those two sacred words. There's no meaning of marriage if there's no trust." She said while shaking her head and I was looking at her shocked. I mean Siddhi never talked like this ever. She was always the quietest one in our circle.

"If he comes, then he trusts you." She said smiling at me and my lips smiled lightly.

"How can you say that he trusts her, girl?" Olivia asked and she smiled.

"He have the possibility that Hafsa won't go with him if she is from those girls who listened to their fathers on every path of their life. But he still came putting all his trust on her." She said smiling at her while Olivia was just looking at her.
