Ahad's POV:

I opened my eyes when I felt a hand running in my hair and smiled when I found her looking at me. The days which I spent there in hell, I realized how much she is important to me. She was not there to tell me that we will be getting out of here soon. She was not there to hug me and give me strength. She was not there to press her delicate lips on my head to make me feel warm. She was not there to wake me up with her hands in my hair.

"It's Fajr time." She said caressing my hair and I nodded my head closing my eyes back.

"Don't sleep, Mr.Singer. We have a beautiful surprise to give our family." She said caressing my head making me chuckle.

"I bet Ammi will come running once she wakes up." I said getting up and she smiled.

"I just want to know how Laiba Appi reacts finding Aahil Bhai beside her." She said smiling widely making me chuckle.

"I bet both of them will have an argument, love." I said getting out of bed and heard her laughing. As far as I know Appi, she'll freak out. I'm damn sure.

Third Person's POV:

She stirred when the alarm blasted near her ear. She turned it off then turned to her right while closing her eyes back but they again opened wide when she found his face near her. She moved more close to him and pinched his cheek hard waking him up. He groaned in pain making her eyes wide.

"Is this a new way of waking someone up, love?" He asked rubbing his cheek while she was just looking at him.

"Aahil?" He sighed turning to her whose eyes were filled with tears.

"Are you... are you for real?" She asked caressing his cheek while he sighed.

"Didn't you just pinch me to find that?" He asked her who glared at him while punching him on his shoulder making him groan in pain.

"No punching, love. My whole body is paining." He said looking at her who sighed then hugged him slowly making him smile.

"This was the longest you guys have been away." She whispered on his chest making him smile.

"So someone missed me?" He said opening his eyes and found her looking at him with teary face.

"I won't deny. That's true." She said shaking her head while he was just looking at her.

"I know the Laiba who beats around the bush." He said wiping her tears making her sigh. Both of them were silent on their places when she heard him.

"I was prepared to hear your rants and take your slaps and punches this time, love." She looked at him who was saying while looking at her.

"But I'm not seeing that Laiba though." He said looking at her who smiled lightly.

"How can you expect me to act like that when you are showing up after a week?" She said looking at him with a smile.

"Then I'll always show up after a week. To avoid those rants and slaps." He said smiling widely at her making her roll her eyes.

"Leaving me dying here?" She asked him with raised brows while he glared at her.

"Shh. Don't talk like that. No one is going anywhere." He said looking at her who chuckled hearing him.

"That's not in your hand." She said ruffling his hair while he was just looking at her.

"And I know you love my rants." She said pressing her lips on his who closed his eyes.

"That's the only way for my wife to show her love for me. So, I love them." He said as they pulled away from each other making her smile.
